I recently made a purchase from BUTTERFLY (Bowmar Sports), and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I would like to share my satisfaction through this glowing review, giving them a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars.In 2018, when I made a purchase exceeding $2000 at that time, their customer service over the phone was outstanding. Despite having a long list of items, the staff exhibited remarkable patience and accuracy in addressing all my queries (later on they moidified their website and thus I openned a new accounts). Even then, BUTTERFLY (Bowmar Sports) impressed me with their precision and attention to detail. One particular instance that stands out is when I asked for pictures of 4-5 blades of the same model (Mizutani ZLC ST), showcasing both sides to see the wood pattern first. This time around, although my sensitivity had decreased, BUTTERFLY (Bowmar Sports) still went above and beyond, providing me with images of both sides of 4 blades, complete with weight details. The meticulous care they took in ensuring customer satisfaction at that time is truly commendable.My recent purchase was no exception, as they once again demonstrated their commitment to addressing my concerns and delivering a flawlessly packed package. When it comes to the quality of BUTTERFLY products, I can confidently assert that they exceed expectations. The 'Raffines' backpack and 'Reiss' shoes I received had details that far surpassed what was visible in online pictures. The real quality and intricate features of the items become apparent only upon receiving them.It's crucial to note that BUTTERFLY's shoes come with individual measurements for each model. While my previous 'Groovy' model in size 9 fit perfectly, I made the assumption that all BUTTERFLY shoes in size 9 would be the same. Unfortunately, this led to a snug fit with the 'Reiss' model. However, I must emphasize that this was my oversight, and BUTTERFLY's customer service was so accommodating that I felt it was my responsibility. I did not contact them to return and exchange for a larger size as I already opened the box and removed tags etc :(In conclusion, for any table tennis player in North America, BUTTERFLY Bowmar Sports is undoubtedly the go-to place for all your equipment needs. The combination of exceptional service, meticulous attention to detail, and the unparalleled quality of their products makes it a standout choice. I rate them 5 out of 5 stars and recommend their products and services without hesitation.

As a serious table tennis player, I've played with both DHS and Butterfly gear. Whenever I want consistent, reliable equipment (blades, rubber, glue, tape etc.), I turn to Butterfly and to their official US supplier, Bowman Sports. Their customer service is impeccable and Bowie himself is a great guy. I highly recommend this small US-based family business.
