Let me start off by saying I'm mad at myself for forgetting the name of the two associates who helped me. I must say that as someone who usually isn't a fan of Big lots, this store had a lot going on. I went to purchase a patio set and wound up spending an hour looking around another items. Everything was well stocked and put together, which is a testament to the store manager. I wound up buying about $200 of additional items. Customer service was excellent from both the cashier and the manager who had to come help the cashier due to a mistake I made. I will definitely go back to this Big Lots.
