I came to this location today looking for a dress to wear for a wedding. Unfortunately I didn't find what I was looking for, but that is not the reason for this review. In the past I have visited this store and I was greeted and asked if I needed help or was looking for anything specific. Today when I came in, the individuals in the store made absolutely no attempt to greet or even acknowledge me. I wasn't in there long, but no attempt to communicate was made. The stares made me uncomfortable especially since no one spoke to me. I ignored it due to my need to find an appropriate dress, but I was very disappointed with my experience in the store. I can understand being busy, but every customer should experience someone even giving a quick " welcome in, let us know if you need anything" or just plain "hello". So I took my business to Hilton and not only was I greeted and assisted, but found exactly what I needed.

Steadman and her store have never been anything but professional. I love being able to grab a piece of jewelry or top at the last minute!!! We are sooo grateful to have such a place in wilson!
