He not only installed it very quickly but also noticed the battery terminal was bad and replaced that also. Very nice and friendly. Such nice folks in the office also. “I was very skeptical of dealing with a body shop that was contracted with the insurance company but after listening to everything that I had to do myself (take photos, bank info, submitting estimates and any supplement estimates and it having to be approved), my head was exploding. I decided after reading the reviews, that I would try CarStar on Hwy 301, Wilson. When I got there, I found out that I didn’t have to do anything, not even take a picture and they could get to it that day. I called my insurance company and they had my car towed and CarStar kept me updated all the way through the whole process. When I picked my car up, the work was awesome. The whole staff were so kind and when you are inconvenienced without the use of your vehicle, kindness and super customer service is much needed. CarStar excelled in this. The whole process was very stress free and I would recommend this facility any day, any time.”
