I recently went to the Zales at the Independence mall here in Wilmington to pick out a gift for a special someone. I was met with a great experience all around. Missy really took the time to help me pick out the perfect, beautiful, and personal gift! whilst still tending to other customers, shes really committed to her work and simply helping everyday people pick out something nice, and affordable... which can be a bit tough in a Jewelry store. She loves what she does and it shows. Good for her! and my girl loved it! A perfect new years gift 100%

Purchased an engagement ring from Missy and Ken almost 8 years ago (still going strong, too) and this place went above & beyond. They also have cleaned and repaired every 6 months for free which makes the Mrs. quite happy. Missy for Mayor!

I visited Zales to have my too big rings fitted with a ring guard. Missy was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She fitted my rings, which were small and added to the difficulty, but she managed it brilliantly.

I purchased a set for my mom's birthday online and picked it up in the store, didn't think about a protection plan. I went in today to have the ring sized and the wonderful staff helped me purchase the plan and have her ring sized to fit her. I am very pleased with the beautiful set and the customer service I received by Missy and Dawn! Thank you both for helping me.

Dawn and Missy at the Independence Mall Zales location have repeatedly gone above and beyond helping us to decide on the perfect wedding bands! The service and people at the Independence Mall Zales are simply fabulous! Jake and Missy are the ones we work with most of the time and they both go above & beyond to help us! Everyone is so friendly, professional, and personable...simply a joy to work with all of them. The store itself is beautiful and well stocked and it is our place of choice for jewelry ( and I have ALOT...LOL)
