Love this wine store! The concept is simple - provide great wine at the lowest price (guaranteed).The selection is wide enough to be able to try something different every time, but not so vast that you don't even know where to start. Also, with the smaller selection, the employees actually know about the wines they sell. They have tasting stations so you can try before you buy. The nice thing they do is keep your tasting card on in store so you can carry a balance and also not worry about losing it. Oh! If they don't have what you want - they'll order it for you!

Best wine store anywhere. Customer service is excellent from the entire team - everyone that works in the store is genuinely kind, knowledgeable and attentive.
They also guarantee the cheapest prices in NC, and also have a table of wines that are the cheapest price in the US. I can find no reason to shop anywhere else. (Literally if you find a bottle somewhere else of something they don’t carry, they will order a single bottle for you and beat the other store’s price.)

Love this place. They have a variety of wines that turns over every so often. Also love that you have the opportunity to try some of the wines before you buy. Staff are always friendly & helpful!

Excellent customer service along with a wide selection of various wines! Shopping here was a pleasure as the staff made me feel welcomed, worked with me to find exactly what I’m looking for, and left me with a feeling of wanting to come back!

Very pleasant shopping experience at this wine store. Well organized and good selection without being overwhelming. I was able to find a quality Port and Cab at very reasonable prices. My favorite Sommelier Lydia W. wasn't there when I visited, but the manager was great help. Highly recommended!

My hubby always goes here and buys wine. He loves the place and the selection. Plus we want to support small business in the area. Recently came home with a bottle of Austin Paso Robles. Totally amazing!!

Obscure and fantastic wines you won’t find at total wine. No wine snobs allowed. Total wine is the Walmart of wines and this shop is the mom and pop of wines. You’ll find stuff here you won’t get at total wine, and you’ll support small business at the same time. If you want a personaland intimate wine buying experience stop here! Friendly employees!Note: this is not a paid review, I’m just an average wine enjoyer who visited both here and total wine. Don’t let small business die because a big chain store settles nearby.

Limited variety, some questionable levels of knowledge by one staff member. I got two bottles. One was meh for the price, the other I've yet to try. Packaging was pretty. Maybe use if you need presents.
