Friendly tellers, clean environment, but there wasn't someone to help an elderly woman with a cane get out the door. You would think when you give your money to a bank, they could be kind enough to help you get out the door if you're handicapped. But no, lots of religious stuff decorating the halls but no jolly good spirit shining through.The incident occurred on the first day of Hanukkah, you can look at your cameras for that day to see exactly what I'm talking about. I'm not giving you my name and my phone number so you can tell me I'm no longer allowed at your bank. I made a five-digit deposit and it's really annoying that you want my name and phone number because of a comment about how poorly you treat your customers. Here's a thought, if you have some man standing around doing nothing tell him he should go to the door when a woman with a cane is trying to get out, and act like a customer service rep. Came here today to cash my two checks. Was told I could not cash them that they were to much. What it's a bank?! One check was $500 the other one was $525. I could deposit and have access tomorrow. This is ridiculous! She said well you can get $400 out today.

Need more employees at the drive thru. I dread coming to this branch because they only put one employee at the window for all four lanes every time I come. I’ve never gotten through the lane in less than ten minutes.

Every Single Time I come to this particular bank there is only ONE person working the drive thru and being a business I have to go to the window for transactions if I need change.Today there is a line inside so I chose the drive up. I have been waiting 28 minutes and there are another 8 vehicles next to me and we are ALL wondering what is going on! I swear I am changing banks to another one that can handle their clients.Covid is Over- hire more employees! Everyone’s time is valuable and waiting 30 minutes to make a deposit is ridiculous!

Banking or any legal process is never easy when a loved one is deployed. However, my experience with this branch was especially disappointing. I went into the branch after work to deposit a check with POA and was turned away because that requires an "appointment" since my spouse isn't on the account. I do not recommend this branch and am reconsidering where I bank. Thank you Wellsfargo for making a happy moment unnecessarily hard in already trying time.

Never really had a good experience at this particular location. Was on this side of town to do what I achieved at other locations for the gentleman in drive through to tell me he would not send two rolls of pennies through the shoot. Other locations have zero issues with this. Seems like he just didn’t want to do his job. Member since 2014 of Wells Fargo and this location always seems to have some sort of excuse. PS. Do not speak to your customers as if they are your homies. Very unprofessional. The Mayfaire location and the college rd location are amazing!!

I am a new customer with Wells Fargo. I have made 3 deposits and for some reason the have held my funds for TEN days. One of the checks were Certified funds and they STILL held it for TEN days. When I went in to open the account they told me there was no one there to open the account. So I had to Make an appointment and come back the following day. I would NOT recommend Wells Fargo to ANYONE!!!!!
