Do not bother using the pick up service. I waited for over 40 minutes tonight. Absolutely ridiculous. They had only one employee to handle getting orders to all of the cars and there was a long line behind me. Do better, management.

Be aware that if you buy holiday items before said holiday and return them after that holiday, this location will refuse it. It's nowhere on my receipt, nor is it it listed online, but Antwain B had absolutely no problem refusing my return for something purchased less than 90 days ago. The refusal was cold, unjustifiable, and absolute as the guy is the front-end store manager! Definitely feels like he stereotyped me and that's why he turned me away. Even corporate was surprised he did it.

I ordered a tv online and scheduled to pick it up. when I got home it was cracked I called online pickup and an employee by the name of John answered.. john(I forgot the last name)was extremely helpful in walking me through this entire processs he even offered to take the tv out my car and bring it back in! Thank you so much john keep up the great work! Employees like you make shopping at Walmart enjoyable

I'm from Minnesota. Going to a Walmart out of state is always a fun time because you can see what other items their area carries or community prefers to buy, especially in the food section! I saw some delicious looking smoked sausages and pork products that MN stores don't have or carry, but I wish they did! Lots of employees moving around picking out online orders and such, which are very helpful should you need anything. There were some shelves that were low on stock but not quite empty. It's a Walmart, if they don't have it, you don't need it! Lol

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Bought an entertainment center from here infested with roaches. Called the next day and couldn’t get a refund without bringing it back with all the roaches. Also when I called they said they have had a roach problem for months. So unless you want roaches with you furniture and food, don’t shop here. Disgusting

Horrible store. One whole side of self-checkout closed down. The other self-check had a line back through the store. Two cashier lanes open. That’s it. I pushed my cart off to the side, called the main number and told them I pushed my cart aside and left to go to Target. Ridiculous.

They want you to ring your own groceries up, but yet they stare at you like you're stealing. Standing doing nothing. If you can't trust us, then bring back the cashier's. Check your receipt, that's ridiculous. I could see if it's a t.v or other expensive items, but drinks, toilet paper, small things. Why are you checking when you see other stuff bagged?!..

Let's hold a TV and check the other person receipt while they stand with a buggy. Seriously. Look at my receipt and I dare you to stop me from walking out with an item I purchased. I would enjoy a good defamation of character lawsuit.

I have been a loyal Walmart customer for over 30 years. - But maybe not for much longer............I am totally disgusted by the self-service checkouts. And not even any regular checkout registers open the last 2 weeks I have shopped there - so it is NOT a choice anymore.Ann Polanski

Since they've done away with all but 1 cashier, when that one's even available, it's very difficult for us older folks. With 20 or so self check outs jammed together, and a selection of....oh, just small bags....it's a pain to check out. Sure if I'm in a hurry and need a few things I don't mind self checkout, sometimes prefer it. But when I'm buying an assortment of big, bulky, heavy things and groceries, they don't make it easy. Sure if u get stuck on an item and can flag down the roaming associate, they'll come over and click a bunch of buttons and get you un stuck. But you're on your own to lift, scan, bag, put back in cart, etc. I also tried using Instacart a few times to avoid that hassle. It was just as bad. Not the delivery person- items showing in stock at that store turned out to NOT be available. They also go ahead and charge you extra in case items that are weighed are slightly off. I had no weighed items but they tacked on an extra $20 to be sage. Between the missing items and the $20 padding charge, I had to wait a week to get back the $40 overcharged! Since Wal-Mart is big enough to not need an individual shopper's biz, they have cut out putting the customer first completely, and sadly I know they won't care that they're losing one more.

Omg this store is a trainwreck. DO NOT USE ONLINE DELIVERY HERE. I placed a grocery order for pickup between 9-10pm. They starting preparing it and then somehow stopped and I got a text saying it would be another 2 hours before delivery. It’s MIDNIGHT and I’m waiting for my groceries before I finally chat Walmart. The apologize and say something happened with the driver. Assure me it’ll get delivered the next day. We’re on vacation and have no food. It’s the next day, still no groceries, I can’t get a single person to answer the phone at the store for 10 minutes the phone rang. IS ANYONE WORKING THIS STORE??? GET IT TOGETHER.

I had placed an online grocery pick-up order. I checked in when I was on the way to pick it up. Notified them of my parking spot. I waited for over 30 minutes and did not get my groceries. I had to leave because I had a doctor's appointment. I requested cancellation of the order because I would not be able to get back there. I noticed later they had marked my order picked up and charged me $148 I called and they said they would refund it. The next day it was still not refunded. I called and spoke with a manager and they said I would have to call the 1-800 number. I called them and spent another 20 minutes on the phone trying to get it straightened out. Considering the amount of money I spend at Walmart this was very disappointing.?

I always thought we had the best Walmart, but it's going downhill the past year. Out of items and not being reordered. Not a fan of self checkout while paid employees stand around in groups just talking. Cleanliness has suffered also

5 1/2 hours to a completely full day delay in pick up and delivery of online grocery orders. It happened twice this week to me and twice this week to my 80 year old parents! It’s corporate. it’s not this Walmart particularly. I’ve called and called with no satisfaction.
