If you are in need of insulin for loved one or yourself, please make the pharmacy tech go and physically check to make sure that your insulin is indeed in stock. I was told that my son's insulin was in stock and that it would ready in an hour and a half, only to drive into Wilmington to find out that they had none at all. If I could give zero stars, I would do it in a heartbeat.

Went in late the other night as I was getting off work. I used the bathroom and accidently forgot my wallet. My fault on that one. I called the store within twenty minutes to let them know. They assured me that they had it and would put it in the safe for me so that I could grab it first thing the next morning. I went in the next morning and they can't find it. The manager on duty pretends to search all around the store and then blames not being able to find it on the night manager. He tells me to call back later that day after their shift change. At this point, I am a little frustrated with the lack of communication, but I also understand and just wanted my wallet back. I called back when I was told to only to hear that they have still not located the wallet that I was told was put in the safe. I was told that they would find where it was put in the store and they would call me back. Again, I am not sure where the lack of communication was, but I just wanted my wallet. This morning I get a call from the general manager that the employee who had pretended to look in the safe and had made a show of taking my name and number, had actually just thrown it away and did not want to tell me. I recognize I shouldn't have forgotten it and that is on me, but to act like that is ridiculous. If they had been honest with me from the start I would have just chalked it up as a lesson for me to pay attention. However, to purposefully lie to me, send me on a wild goose chase, and waste my time is unacceptable. I also do not understand who in their right mind would throw away a wallet without at least attempting to find its owner. Beyond me. The manager who called me this morning seemed apologetic and offered to try to offset the costs I now have to deal with which is nice, but I just wasted two days of my time. I do not appreciate being lied to and I am not happy that I was sent all around the store with no answers. The lack of honesty and basic communication is mind blowing. They have a great actor on staff though, certainly pulled one over on me. Hoping that it was actually thrown away and that I am not being lied to again.

If something is the least bit difficult for them - hang it up you won’t get any help! Customer service is non existent here

the african american women who works at the pharmacy is so incredibly rude for no reason. i get it life is stressful, but i can’t imagine acting like that in front of a complete stranger. could never be me. changing my pharmacy cause i dont deserve to deal with that baggage.

I JUST ASKED THE PHARMACY TO PLEASE HOLD WHILE I GET SOME INFORMATION. OMG, HE WAS SO RUDE AND HE WAS LIKE, "WE DON'T HOLD FOR PEOPLE"! WHAT?!!!!! I HOPE YOUR DAY GETS BETTER BECAUSE IF YOU'RE THAT ANNOYED YOU'RE IN THE WRONG CAREER!!

No issues, Kyra in the pharmacy updated my insurance info and filled the script while I grabbed a few items. In and out in a just a few minutes.No complaints.

Save yourself the trouble and do not fill your prescriptions here! They have one pharmacy tech that is helpful, but if she isn't working your are out of luck. I had a manufacturer's coupon to use for a prescription that was over $175 each month even with insurance (the coupon would bring it down to $25 per month). They were never able to figure out how to run it the first time I attempted to use it. After that, I called the phone number on the coupon and they recommended that I ask the pharmacy to call them the next time it was filled because everything with the coupon was valid on their end.The next time I went to fill this prescription, I told the pharmacy tech about this up front and asked her to call them if she had any issues. She could not get the coupon to work and then refused to call the number that I was given for her to call. I ended up calling them and the customer service agent was willing to put them directly through to their pharmacy department to get the issue corrected (which she said they have quickly & easily done for pharmacies experiencing issues before) and she would not speak to them. She then went to get the pharmacist who proceeded to yell at me and told me there was nothing that they could do to help me.I have since moved my prescriptions to Market Street Pharmacy (a locally owned and operated pharmacy) and the experience has been SO much better! They are much more friendly and willing to help you with what you need. It also doesn't hurt that I can get in and out in less than 3 minutes vs. the at least 15 minutes that I spent in the Walgreens drive thru. I will happily go in for a quicker and more pleasant experience.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years I live in porters neck and drive across town just to go to this specific pharmacy bc they have always been very friendly however I called to ask the pharmacy a question about interactions between 2 medications and Tim was very rude he cut me off in the middle of me trying to ask him about the medications and spoke to me extremely nasty as if I was the dumbest person on the planet as he was raising his voice to shut me up needless to say I'm li I'd and will be filling a complaint on him bc its literally your job to tell me about medications and any intersections this is ridiculous

2nd time I went to pick up my meds and was greeted very well and the #PROFESSIONALS were all over it. Keep up the good work! These associates really are job one oriented again thank you to all for doing what you do????????????
