Ashlynn makes this pharmacy a better place! She was cheerful, patient, informative and willing to help; given my circumstances, she even looked up savings codes for me.
Thank you!

My spouse has been trying to fill a prescription at this location for 3 days... Automated message keeps saying there is an "issue" and to try again later. Went to the actual location and was told by the pharmacy staff....
"I don't know why this prescription won't work in the system, sorry, and we're going to lunch" Super helpful right?!
Place is very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Our son has a lot of issues and medical needs. He requires compounded medication for his conditions. Pharmacist Aaron, pharmacist Mary Brooke and manager Ashlyn are beyond amazing. They ensure his medicines are mixed correctly and have great attitudes when I see them. They have been key in our sons health. Shout out to some amazing folks.

Every time I’ve ever needed to get in touch with the pharmacy staff I’ve sat on hold waiting for someone to pick up 10+ minutes. Never answer the phone ever. Horrible

Once in awhile you will find that person in life that will go the extra mile.. and this weekend Aaron the pharmacist at Walgreens on 17th street is that One!! He has renewed my FAITH in mankind THANK YOU !!!! He has tried so many times to get the Dr to authorize my son's medication and has communicated with me the entire time!! Be nice to your pharmacist, it might be the Dr's fault!!!!!

Never consistent on anything, staff turnovers, long waits etc...typical large pharmacy issues. Like everything in America that has been taken over by big businesses, you get no personal care or concern, just big money, long waits, mistakes and disfunction. I don't blame the employees , it's the greedy owners and Big Pharma .

My family has been using this location for a while now and in the staff and pharmacist have always been so great about taking care of all of my family’s medication needs. Aaron specifically is the best pharmacist I have ever dealt with. He has always gone out of his way to help and take care any questions and issues that arise with our medications when my family has been sick. He deserves 6 stars!

I was on a waitlist for 30 days for a prescription. I came in today to be told that for some reason I was now again on the bottom of the waitlist. I’m not waiting another 30 days. Most disorganized pharmacy ever

I wasn't going to post a public review at first but after meeting with my Dr today that was involved with this and learning more details I feel others need to be aware.-I am prescribed a medication that is an Extended Release formula. Walgreens have filled this many times for me. I get it refilled monthly. On my latest refill I took it for about 2 weeks and noticed I was very tired through the day and night, little energy, and other side effects. I decided to check all of my medication bottles and noticed that Walgreens had mistakenly given me the standard release form of this medication and not the Extended release that I am supposed to get. I called the pharmacy and the girl told me to bring it in and exchange it. I did so the following day and was told I could pick up the correct medication later that day and to keep the wrong ones until the exchange.I went back that evening and a different woman was working drive thru. She was wasn't very friendly at all, appeard to be annoyed by everyone and everything. I told her I was there to EXCHANGE my meds because I was given the wrong form and I was picking up the correct form. She asked me for ID and that was it. The pharmacist did whatever was needed in the computer for the transaction and gave her the meds to give to me. It was only then that she asked if I had the wrong ones to give back and I showed her the bottle that I had in my hand the entire time. I gave them to her through the drive thru drawer. She then asked me, in a very snarky and rude tone, "when were you planning on telling me that you had the meds to give back to me?" Basically implying that I was trying to withhold the meds. When I first drove up I told her I was there to EXCHANGE meds so you would think she would do her job and ask for the meds I am exchanging. Not everyone who takes a controlled substance is abusing them and I take great offense when accusations and implications of that are thrown at me. I have dealt with this woman before and she has always had an attitude and just seems like she's just a miserable person and has no customer service skills.Well today at my doctor's appointment this topic got brought up by my prescribing doctor and she told me the pharmacist called her to verify and admitted they had "made a boo boo" (direct quote) and laughed it off like it was nothing. They told my doctor they had caught the error, which is completely false. I am the one who caught the mistake and called the pharmacy about it.I want to make people aware to check your meds and make sure the medication, formula and dosages are correct and to count them as well. They are known to short people their meds and when you call for a refill they say it's too early to refill. They basically accuse you of abusing your meds without actually saying it.Not everyone at this location is like this, some of the employees are very nice and helpful. It's too bad the few bads ones ruin it for the rest

Pharmacist woman is a complete B. The man pharmacist is cool. I was told after under 2-3 mins to move from the drive thru as I was holding the line only with one car behind me. I was picking up a prescription for my mom and had her on phone trying to figure out the correct day. Not only was she rude but she threatened me with police for not moving my car. I've been behind other customers for waaaaay longer. These women are horrible and losers. They hate their job and take it out on others. No wonder there reviews are so bad. Never going back there after being threatened for no reason. I will be calling walgreen HQ to report this woman and she was in wrong and didn't even look into dates. They were busy and treated me like crap. Don't go here they screw everything up, I've had many problems with dates and they end up filling it but take it personal. Customer is always right, these hoes are whack, all of them not just pharmacist. Shit rolls down hill, so the boss makes these people miserable and horrible peopleAs far as customer service! Horrible
