Called the pharmacy today to ask if I have a refill on a medication. I was told I normally dont pick up my prescriptions from this location, but Portors neck. I told them "that isnt true" she said "uh it is true"... I think I know better than she does. Please just use publix, cheaper prices and less rude.

I have had my medicine filled at this location over 15 years. I was told it could be picked up on Friday. On Friday I was told Saturday. On Saturday I called just before 6 to let them know I was pulling in. I forgot they close at 6 on Saturday. I was at the window at 6:00 on the dot, and the blind was down and they would not respond to the bell. Very rude and disrespectful having just spoken to the pharmacist. Not to mention given incorrect dates my medication would be available.

If I could give zero stars I would they literally cannot do their jobs right to save their lives and their hours are never right online and the you might as well go to a different location because their pharmacy is NEVER open and always closed like seriously. It’s not like I don’t need my medicine or anything.

Several pharmacists went to great lengths to help me get a prescription eczema cream I've been using for decades. At first they said they didn't have it at their warehouse and couldn't say when it would become available. Then they found out that the Southport Walgreens had it. Then they actually got someone to drive and deliver the medication up here from that pharmacy so I wouldn't have to make a nearly 2 hour round trip. They're awesome.

When I thought I left my wallet in the store and called ...they went out of their way to see if it was left in the store or outside where we were parked. I cannot say enough good about the customer service of this location.

I can literally NEVER get through to anyone. I usually get hung up on or the times they do answer they are hardly ANY help. On hold for 45 minutes? Do better man. You could tell me to eff off and I'd appreciate that more than not hearing from anyone.

Called the Pharmacy multiple time, sat on hold for over 30min, only to be hung up on (this happened more than once) when it was supposedly my turn in the queue. Was trying to get a specific medication filled, and every time we called in there was a different story as to why they couldn't fill it, only to find out in the end it's because they didn't have it and there are supply chain issues. I would have appreciated just an honest answer from the start. Walgreens in Porters Neck was super helpful and I was able to get answers in minutes...

Impossible to reach someone by phone, both for me and my doctor's office. couldn't find a prescription my doctor sent twice. I don't blame the store; they must be understaffed and overworked. Walgreens needs to look at this.

Very rude people in the pharmacy . I move to another pharmacy because I put up with it for years and it has not changed. Took my daughter who’s has extreme anxiety to shots for her first COVID shot. Her appointment was 12:30. At 1:45 they called her name????what’s the point on appointments? There was one person who had it at 12:15, didn’t get called till 1:35. No one explained why? I had mine done in Leland and they did it right at my appointment time. That’s was back when everyone was getting it. Some customer service classes might help or don’t set appointments when you can’t do them.

I was at Urgent Care yesterday afternoon. Office staff sent my prescriptions to Walgreens. I figure I could get them faster. That was a big mistake.They didn't do them yesterday. I called at 8 am this morning and they said they were just working at getting them ready. I sent my husband at 9:30 am and they told him they would start getting it ready but it would be anotber 45 minutes. My husband had to leave to go back to work. I called the pharmacy at 1pm and they told me they only had 1 of them ready. I told them this was ridiculous. I called doctor and asked them to send my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

I went here not too long ago, me and my sister were searching for squishmallows because we collect them. I am happy with what I found tho. Although as I was checking out (keep in mind I was buying a stuffed animal and some chocolate for my mom) I was asked what my age was. Obviously I didn’t really think much of it but I found it very rude, I was literally just buying a stuffed animal and some chocolate. They’re employees need to be taught manners towards customers.

This store is always bright and clean and the staff on the floor and in the pharmacy are always helpful and polite. I have been going to this store for 10 years now and always a great experience. The pharmacy staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.
