I went in to get a leash for my cat and got a dog leash and while checking out i asked the clerk if that was okay or not and he was so helpful and very kind, thanks ryan!

Started using because it is one of sites vip pet services uses...very helpful staff who manage well when being utilized for multiple types of business...variety of supplies and needs for all pets, staff know their products...

I have been shopping here for the last 3-4 years. Every time the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Today, an employee named Lazarus went above and beyond to help me with figuring out what is wrong with my fish tank. He helped me find the supplies I needed and I learned so much! Great place for pet needs!

this is the go to place for our fish and tank accessories..very friendly and informative employees and management one in particular by the name of Lazarus..im not sure i spelled that correctly..i look forward to him working when we stop in.

I do recommend this pet store but they were understaffed when my son and I were there yesterday. We waited and waited (almost an hour) for someone to come help get the budgie that we had picked out. Besides that, the store in neat and seems like it has great animals.

The staff there was as super helpful. There were only a couple girls working at the time but they immediately stopped to give me their full attention. The Assistant and sales girl (with fashion makeup) went above and beyond my in my difficult time. They are doing great work.They made the buying process a smooth one, I will definitely be back.

I was very disappointed my last visit here. This used to be my go to pet place. I walked in and not one of the three employees acknowledged me. I said hello and I got one response back. I asked where the cat collars were and the girl at the counter said over there and pointed to the left. I wandered up and down an aisle and finely asked again. She said they are right over there (standing there instead of helping me.) I finally found them in this small section that I never would have found. She was much nicer at the counter and I liked how they donate cat food when you buy one. The place needs to retrain employees and maybe they will be 5 star again.

The manager was great. The other employee working with her was not. She raised her voice at my 2 year old because my daughter tapped on her leg and said hey. Ridiculous. Will not go back.

I brought a Leopard gecko back in April and I 10/10 recommend this place most pet store don’t take good care of their geckos and he was definitely taken really good care of!!! He looked healthy and was already semi tamed. They helped me get everything I needed for him and make sure he was accurately taken care of! They didn’t tell me to put him in sand like most and that’s so bad for them! Everyone was soooo nice and helpful I even got to look at him and hold him before purchasing him. And I got like a 15 day policy saying if he was sick or to die they would replace him
