I highly recommend going to see Jordan at this location for any Verizon service needs. I recently purchased a new phone from him and received by far the best customer service I've ever had as a 20+ year Verizon customer. The process was seamless due to his extensive knowledge and experience. Thank you Jordan, loving the new phone!

Jordan was awesome and very helpful from start to finish. He made the whole process smooth with switching my phone service from us cellular to Verizon. He was also patient and helpful when it was time for me to pick out a new phone and watch. The store was well put together and the whole team is professional and has great energy. I highly recommend this location and Jordan.

I recently purchased a new phone at Cellular Sales, Verizon Authorized Retailer. Scott, the salesperson that assisted me was very professional and knowledgeable. He had a caring and kind personality. He explained how my phone worked and went into detail about my contract. He always responded to my texts when I had a question. Scott, is certainly an asset to the company. A salesperson, like Scott, is what makes a company successful. He seems to be very dedicated to his work and the people he serves.

Probably one of the best experiences i’ve had at verizon. Came in just to figure out if getting a new phone would be a better option as well as wanting a breakdown on our bill. We were greeted by Jordan and he was absolutely incredible. Personable and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to help me understand and breakdown my bill even though i’m sure it was a pain as well as get two new phones set up for me. He wasn’t pushy at all on making a sale but was rather focused on making sure i understood everything. Overall he was an amazing associate to work with and we will be coming backing purely for him.

Go to Jessica and Abbie. I went there the other day to get my phone upgraded. I was greeted by Justin who smelled like alcohol and acted like he was drunk trying to take advantage of an elderly woman (which is super sad). When I felt uncomfortable I asked to speak to Jessica or abbie who helped me get what I needed and made me feel safe. Go here but don't go to Justin. Or let your parents go to him.
