“From start to finish this was the easiest vehicle purchase. The test drive was done without a sales person, we were allowed several keys at once so we could move from one vehicle to another without bothering anyone, and when we were ready to purchase we just went inside and asked where to sign. No one pressured us to buy now and we didn’t receive a million follow up calls after our first time visiting the lot and not making a purchase. The prices of vehicles were $2000-$3000 less than any other dealership within a 200 mile radius and Brian made us feel welcome and comfortable the entire process. We were also able to request a few items be handled in the due bill with absolutely no pushback.”

“An Outstanding Experience!!I was in the market for a used SUV and had been to car lots, test driven their selections, and dealt with the salespeople. Nothing was a match. Looking online, actually Craigslist, I found a 2009 Honda Pilot. I emailed about it, got a quick response and not having a car at the time to even go see it, I explained to James, and he heard my voice. You see, so many people out there just trying to make a buck, don’t even listen these days. James had plans on Saturday, but after talking with his girlfriend, decided that they would both drive the SUV out to my home, before the event they were headed to. Right on time, polite, courteous and professional. He and his girlfriend were nothing but pleasant as I test drove the vehicle.I decided right then that it was a fit. The car was clean, exactly what the ad stated and more. Let’s put it this way…. That was Saturday and now it’s Monday and it sits in my driveway. James took care of everything….
