This UPS store at the Forum in Wilmington NC is hands down the best! The staff is very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Staff always has a pleasant demeanor even when they're busy. Would definitely recommend!

I couldn’t possibly say enough amazing things about Shadavia McKnight at the UPS located on Military Cutoff Road. I ordered car magnets to advertise my business, yard signs and some brochures and I was beyond excited with how everything turned out! Shadavia knew exactly where everything of mine was located, she showed me everything so that she was rest assured of my satisfaction AND personally offered to bring everything to my car. She did all of this with the brightest smile and sweetest disposition. I’ll never go anywhere else! Her positivity is infectious!!!!!
