I’ve been dropping off packages for our business here for two years now. Staff is always quick and knowledgeable and there is a self service desk in case the line gets long.

Went to drop off a package and the kid working, Arbor, was incredibly rude and appeared to hate life. No eye contact, no greeting, just stands there. I said hi, i need to return something and asked for tape. He said let me scan it first.
He was unpleasant and rude from the start.
I said I would like a receipt and he said you don't get one, it's already in your email in a nasty tone. I said I hope you have a wonderful day because you clearly need it. He said you can leave now. He was a complete jerk.
Go to the one up by UNCW. Worth the drive. Always friendly and helpful.

I usually never have problems getting an employee to scan my shipping label and printing it out via a sticky label from their machine. The young kid who I’ve never seen work there before in my life looks at my email and tells me it has to be printed. They charge for printing…I have no printer at home.
Just because the email has a link I can click for a printer friendly version of the label doesn’t mean it can’t be scanned. Every single other time I’ve been there, it’s scannable FROM MY EMAIL. The owners here are very polite and professional but this kid was not and acted like he didn’t know his job

This is the closest ups store to me but I avoid going there because the people working at the counter are so rude. I come in to mostly do returns and they always act like I’m putting them out. Not making eye contact while saying rude things.The one up further on college by tjmax is great!!

The attendant charged me for computer use which I never touched instead of one photocopy page and a Jr Achievement donation without my permission. Then, he told me he didn't know how to take it off my bill.

I would give 0 stars if I could! So first of all we went in at 4:40 pm to mail three packages, the kid who checked us out was in a hurry to go home. He never offered us insurance on any of the boxes. Of the three, two did make it to their destination but the third one, the only one with cash in it, never made it out of the store….we waited the two weeks they asked us to but said they were going to open a claim for us in the meantime. They treated me like I was an idiot. I was told by the owner that if I wanted him to do anything about the claim I needed to shut up and listen to him….in the end someone stole $250.00 in cash and all of the Christmas gifts I bought for five of my grandchildren and I got refunded $100.00. I will NEVER go to this UPS STORE AGAIN!

20 bucks for a box and additional bubble wrap, I asked to just buy a box myself and package it myself and they say sure .. “but you are buying a roll or tape” and they smile… the dude smiles as a walk out the door like he enjoys not shipping it.. second time that dude seems inconvenienced by his job and enjoys when you opt to go somewhere else.
