I went to this store while visiting family in NC. I was greeted with a warm hello. The store is clean and has many options for pets and people. I had bought a shirt, and realized after I washed it, it had an issue. I called the store, they said they would exchange it. I live in NJ and I mailed it out. I was sent a replacement within the week. When I called, a woman Isabelle was very professional and helpful. There was no problem with me sending and doing the exchange. I recommend this store. It is a fun store too. My next trip to NC, I will be sure to stop in and support the business. Never seen such friendly people who love their job. Like I said I am in NJ, you do not see friendly people at all really.

My dog has a new favorite store! Employees were extremely friendly and there is a great variety of things for your pet. We had to drag the dog out because she was so excited to be in a place where she knew everything there was for her ?. She ended up with a new leash and harness and had a little extra hop to her step all the way home.

Staff is always friendly, lots of healthy options for dogs! There is also a smaller section for cats too. Infinite natural treats, toys for all sizes and strengths, bowls, food, chews, beyond! Always have a positive experience shopping here

They have such a large selection of treats and items for your furry friends. My dog has a food allergy and it's hard to find bison bones and treats as she is only allowed to have bison. They have such a large selection here and nowhere else in town can even compare to the selection.

Came in today because I came into town for an appt left my beloved dog home waiting for me.. so of course I need to find something for him for his Christmas present or presents!! The young lady working today was so nice and gave me great ideas.. she helped me get him a nice chew stick and to be honest I'm glad I didn't spend too much time here because I could have gone a little wild buying treats and goodies.. it's a great location and some really great stuff.. next time I'll have to really stay and take time and look at everything because they really have a lot to offer..

Absolutely love this place. It came recommended by my Vet, and they have a ton of healthy foods, toys, ice cream, and really healthy treats for reasonable prices. The girls that work there are always so friendly and seem like they love their jobs too. My dog gets a bit overwhelmed when we visit and they always take time to greet, pet, and comfort her. Great work, ladies!

Another Gem that has been added to our historic downtown. I live downtown with my puppies and yes they have me trained to walking straight to Unleashed for a treat.. We are such a dog friendly city that I hear most visitors feel they are in Europe where this is the norm.. I LUV it, my puppies Luv it, as well I enjoy hearing people say such a great idea.. Ok as for what they have in the store pretty much everything you would want, & if they don't have it there they will call the other stores and get it for you. All the girls are friendly as well as very knowledgeable about all the products which is so helpful especially since one of babies has allergies, while the other one is truly Scrappy Doo ....
