As a home renter I have nothing but a very positive experience with Ultimate Property Management. Every issue has been addressed expeditiously. Great people to deal with. They said if I gave a great review I would get $500.00 knocked off my rent (JUST KIDDING). They truly are great to deal with.

Relocating to a new state requires new accommodation with a new rental agency, while searching for a house I came across different rental agencies but none caught my attention, I saw a house I liked under Ultimate rental agancy and I reached out to them, I started the application process and it took less than one week to get me approved and I am so happy about that. Thank you to Krystal because she kept in touch and made the process easy and comfortable.

UPM has been managing my properties for the past few years and I couldn't be happier with the service. From my point of view the tenants they have found have all been great, rents have consistently come in on time, and all maintenance concerns are handeled quickly (which I have always appreciated when renting a place, though I've never rented from UPM specifically). Overall, even though my involvement is minimal, I have peace of mind that my properties and tenants are being well taken care of. I'm really glad I found them!

Please by all means make sure you pay your accounts on time because they will go and make multiple accounts and place them on your credit report. Thanks for destroying what I was working so hard to redo. Good thing I know a little bit of law.

I lived in a house for over a year. I was never late with my payments. I moved out on March 15 because I was told the next tenants needed to move in. I only paid half a month rent. When I got my deposit back UPM had taken out $600 for the remaining month of March. I filed a complaint with the NC Better Business Bureau. Never do anything with these snakes.

I use them for AirBnB management and am extremely pleased with their services. I only hope if they continue to grow that they keep the personal touch. Good service and good follow-up!

I have been renting an amazing house from an amazing homeowner who chose the wrong the wrong business to manage his rental. Since my first attempt to view the home (before signing a lease) this company has been untimely and unprofessional. I know that the homeowner must pay them dearly for their service as the “middle man” yet they have not done a single thing they are supposed to do (as written in the contract). Time sensitive repairs that were requested through the proper channels have been ignored (for over a year) and the homeowner has had to come make repairs that the renters (myself) have not already taken on the responsibly of doing. What is the point of a property management group if they do not manage repairs such as a broken dishwasher or malfunctioning well?. The owner of the company couldn’t even help us when we contacted him directly askingfor directions on how to change a water filter ourselves (after putting a Maintenance request in & waiting for a response that still has never come). The “24/7” emergency phone number never answered our call following an after hours pipe break... I am not one to shame a business but I’m just confused on what they actually get paid for because over the past 2 years they have proved unable to respond, much less help their tenants, on any issues that have been brought to their attention via the appropriate channels.

Oh boy, where to begin? We started with UPM almost two years ago, and they have been absolutely phenomenal since day one. They took over when our previous property manager gave notice he was no longer managing properties. We are a military family that lives quite literally on the other side of the country, but we have always felt confident in Marcee and Jessica’s ability to handle the home and keep us in the loop with everything. There have been plenty of bumps in the road regarding tenants, hurricanes (thanks Florence) and other craziness, but through it all this team has been awesome. Even now, with us coming back to NC and moving back into our home, they have been a 5 star company, helping us turn over the home and get it ready for when we get back. We will absolutely save their information for the next time the marine corps decides to send us away from our house again!

I used this company to rent my townhome and I have no complaints. I no longer live in the area so it was total piece of mind and stress free!! Highly recommend! I also used the same company to later sell my townhome! Highly suggest!!

We started using Ultimate Property Management last year once the company we had been using had closed their doors and UPM graciously took up the same service. We appreciate the way communication is usually seamless and uncomplicated. We feel lucky to have happened upon their great service!

As the property owner, we've had a good experience with this company. I like knowing that the rent monies are deposited when I need them in order to pay the mortgage on the property with same funds. Any problems that occur with the property, I am notified and can usually find the needed subcontractor (being a contractor I have these ties) but a couple times have used whoever they can acquire and it is generally rather fast. They get the job done!
