My CPC 4..when out on me.i was stranded for 1 day the techs here came thru on programming my cpc4..not a good experience do to me being stranded .but a great outcome dealing with the personal at velocity. Being knowledgeable.

Can't really say anything negative as a driver. Warranty work on the truck and it was completed quickly.

Great staff and great service. They were understand of our timeline as we were traveling in our RV and needed to get it fixed ASAP!
