I wanted to say how amazingly sweet these employees are, I had purchased a really unique pair of earrings while there on vacation and couldn't find them when I returned to Denver, i called the shop and Marie was so sweet and helpful and even offered to check another location to see if we could replace them. I found them, but I wanted to say thank you so much! We don't see this kindness in Denver. It's refreshing to know it still exists!

I want to express my disappointment with this business. I picked up a couple of items yesterday. I went to return the product for a refund. I was told that there are no refunds and this is their policy since 1989.
Well, I will not shop in this store again due to this policy.
I find it difficult to believe that exceptions cannot be made. I bought the product on Monday and returned Tuesday. Yes I understand there was a sign stating their policy which I didn’t notice until the day of my return.
Exchanging the product was not going to rectify my specific situation. The amount of the spend isn’t the issue. My issue is the business not being flexible on their policy.
