The ladies that run this shop are mad crazy and it's great! They've got everything from local wear to remember your time in ILM to fun clothing, like various Jeep, big foot, crab, bourbon, beer, etc to choose from. Prices are great and the vibe is all good.

I just left the Top Toad on Nutt Street in Wilmington, NC. I was suppose to get $2.00 off a shirt and they added $2.00 instead. I ask cashier about it and she looked at the receipt and said look it did take it off. But it wasn't a minus in front of it like the other ones. So I paid $4.00 extra for one shirt. Not happy with my purchase!!

Tiny (very well air-conditioned) store with tons of t-shirts, mugs, toys, trinkets and souvenirs galore for Wilmington visitors. I never got her name as we giggled and conversed, but the store employee was quite pleasant to engage with, as well. I recommend patronizing the Top Toad souvenir shop over Krazy Mike's (located on the corner of same street) to save yourself both money and any rude interaction. Shopping inside Top Toad was a memorable moment for both myself and my friends.

Inside of the Cotton Exchange you will find this fun store. They have One Tree Hill memorabilia and some really great t-shirts! I saw some very funny, unique shirts. This is a mixture of Wilmington touristy things and regular items like Rainbow flip flops. I love the location and the staff are nice.

Ordered a T-shirt, needed shipping in a hurry. Added ‘please expedite shipping’ in comments. Received a phone call, today, on a Sunday letting me know shipping status and that I should receive my order in the timeframe that I needed. Wonderful customer service! Highly recommend!

I was desperate for the perfect gift for a surprise Birthday party. I called Top Toad at Independence Mall and spoke with Christian. She was Sooooo kind and very helpful. When I got there she did help me find the perfect gift. I would have spent all day looking store to store if it was not for her and Halloween Spirits recommending I go there. It's a bit of a drive for me and I am always terrified to drive in this City but it was worth it. Thank you Christian for being you and for Top Toad for carrying a great variety of items. She deserves a raise. You don't find people like that often.

Incredible small business! I bought a few shirts when I was in town—for myself and gifts for the family. They all loved them! The brand comfort colors they sell is my FAVORITE! I have purchased a couple others of this brand I have had for years and love how they feel already broken in and soft from the first wear. Top toads designs are more on the simplistic side—very clean and classy with their logos and perfect for all ages. I think I got 4 total for myself because I couldn’t decide!Most welcoming and polite customer service I have seen in a very long time. Love this shop and went back online to order a few more because they were that great and can’t beat the price for the quality.Especially in these times, support the small businesses! Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
