It had been a long time since I had owned or trained with firearms. I didn't know anything about the shops here. One thing I did notice, before finding Curtis and Glenn, was that the other gun shops were not interested in gathering information about my needs, my skill level, what I have been trained on prior. They were solely focused on selling me the most expensive firearm they had. One gun shop sold me an optic and a reflex sight for AR pistol that took up the whole bar and was too close to one another to actually work. And it cost $100 more than the firearm did.Don't make the same mistakes I did. Just go see Curtis, Glenn or Wade at Tiller and Lanier. They will treat you fairly; like a person instead of a credit card.

Best gun shop in Wilmington. Allan is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Gives u the best trade in prices , very honest . And if u ever have a problem he will fix it .Great place big variety of guns used ,new ,antique he has them all .

Had them replace the factory rear target sight with HiViz target sights on three of my Ruger Mark IV’s. T&L did the job quickly and correctly with zero damage to the finish on my Mark IV’s. I had a bad experience with another local shop that destroyed my brand new Mk IV so I was apprehensive but it was for nothing because T&L did the job right. Alan always treats me as a valued customer so doing business there has been a pleasant experience thus far.

Best gun shop in the state of North Carolina probably further. Very nice staff knowledgeable respectful and humble. As well as having an amazing selection and fair prices on their shelves and for trade-ins. I live in the mountains now but I make special trips to the coast with the intention of stoping here.

They have a exceptional gunsmith they utilize for shotguns who does epic work and repair.Although I was initially informed it “might take” four week for them to get to my repair, I was pleasantly surprised to get callback after just ten business days that my repair was completed.Therefore, any sportsman should realize, it might take at least- a three weeks waiting period for their repair, due to some parts issue.

Took my Springfield Hellcat to Alan at Tiller & Lanier to get an Apex Tactical trigger system installed. All other so-called gunsmith in a 75 mile radius said they were booked out at least two weeks. From the time I dropped off my handgun it was about 3 hours before Alan called me to let me know my Springfield was ready to be picked up. Fantastic service, pricing,, and great inventory to choose from. Why go anywhere else......
