Fantastic service from start to finish!We, The State Port Pilot, needed help disassembling and reassembling our cubicle system for carpet replacement at our Southport, NC office. The staff at Thrifty were very responsive to our original inquiry and professional and easy to work through every aspect of our experience.The on-site crew did an incredible job. They were prompt, arriving exactly as scheduled. Their efficiency in taking apart the cubicles and fitting them into the limited areas out of the way of the carpet installers was amazing. Two days later they were back as promised and were able to reassemble the walls and desks in a different configuration with no problems or missing parts. Jay was instrumental in helping us figure out how to make our existing components work in new ways!We highly recommend this great company.

The knowledgeable, communicative and efficient team at Thrifty Wilmington made the process of opening our first independent office significantly less stressful. Mark and Megan were incredible to work with and their installation team was on time, kind, and very helpful. We will continue to add items to our new space and future spaces with the help of Mark and his team at Thrifty because their service was excellent!

We purchased a desk for our reception area and several office chairs. They were great to work with! Sales staff was fantastic and delivery team was excellent and showed great care with the furniture and set-up. We would definitely purchase from them again and recommend to anyone needing office furniture!

We needed furniture for our new office in Hampstead. I went to their Wilmington location, and they had a great selection of desks, chairs, bookcases, etc. Megan was amazing and not only helped me pick out something in the store but also looked on their website to help me choose additional items. She then contacted their Raleigh location to ensure those items were in stock. Megan also followed up with me consistently to ensure the delivery was smooth. The delivery staff were professional and friendly and made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted it. Another bonus is that everything was super affordable. I highly recommend them and will do business with them again if I need office furniture in the future!

Need a standing desk for the office rock star - they supply it!
