I bought some dresses online and a few didn't work out so I went to this location to return them. The cashier who handled my transaction was VERY rude. There was no name on my receipt to identify this employee unfortunately, but this was on 3/25/24 at 11:00am. There were several of us in the store and the employee didn't greet anyone or make us feel welcome. She was folding clothes at the cash wrap when I came over with my return. She was very short with me and was on her phone multiple times during the transaction. I asked if she had any more of a particular dress and instead of looking for me or helping me find the dress, she just gestured to the toddler section and said "it would be over there". Even if they had the dress, the store is so crammed full of merchandise, it's basically unshoppable. I'm giving two stars because I liked the mommy and me dresses I ordered offline and I may continue to order from their company, but I will NOT frequent this location again.

All of our products shrunk after we washed(literally never even worn!) and they won’t refund!!!!

For the love of God, replace your antiquated 1800's grocery store system with a system that allows your employees to scan the barcode to find the product to return it. There's no excuse to have your poor employees searching on a screen for a minute per item to locate it. How is that even still a thing!?! Returning 20 items shouldn't take 30 minutes. Your customers don't like it, your employees don't like it, it's absolutely ridiculous. Forget the 21st century, just bring your technological capabilities up to the standards of the 1990's and everyone would be better off!

I will NEVER step foot back into this Children’s Place ever!!! The customer service is damn near stereo typed bias and I was treated as if I was trying to exchange and then return stolen items both times of different transactions. Then the unprofessionalism of the manager to express my need to shop online due to not having my daughters size in store, IN FRONT of my daughter; I guess, oh well for my 4 year old son; who I would have still shopped in store with depending on staff. Being that she is someone of a thicker proportion I CANNOT believe that was her sentiments. I will also be leaving this same review with their corporate office. An amazing economically beneficial shopping experience for a mother of 3 ruined.

Just dropped in to pay on by children's place card. While standing in line the manager Stacey, almost knocked me over while placing clothes on counter, she never said excuse me just busted through, very rude. I decided this will be my last visit.. horrible customer service. bad customer service

I just felt the need to express my delight with the exceptional customer service I received during my last visit here. Athough I don't have the name of the associate that so graciously assisted me, I can only hope she is recognized for the way she obliged my unique return situation in these unique times with such consideration and courtesy, leaving me feeling as if my satisfaction as a customer was what was truly most important to her and the company. I had honestly come into the store anticipating having to jump through hoops and hurdles to receive some type of resolution, however she made the entire transaction completely effortless which was appreciated more than I'm sure she knows. Thank you!
