Great service. I know absolutely nothing about salt water and the fella gave me some tips and pointed me in the right direction and got me a great set up and gear. I'll definitely be returning and hopefully catching some good eating soon! Even told me some places to fish too!

Tex is the MAN! Every time I go in there I bring at least 5 fishing/equipment/tackle questions, and he or one of his staff are always super helpful answering. They know everything there is to know about fishing South Eastern NC waters, and they have all the bait, gear, and advise to help get you a successful fishing experience. Good luck getting any of that at any of the big box stores.

Great tackle shop, with knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, and good selection. Great selection of Star Rods. Plenty of soft plastics. Have some nice epoxy coated casting jigs I have never seen anywhere else in town. Good frozen bait options.They suggested a rod and reel to me and It's now my favorite combo. Love those Star rods.
