Terra Sol is one of the most special yoga studios I’ve ever been to. The energy is bright, calm, and inviting and I feel a sense of peace and quiet the moment I step inside. I think what sets this tone is the owner Alexis. She is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. When attending her yoga class on Masonboro she reached out to me personally to make sure I had all the details. And when she’s teaching a class she is encouraging, calming, and inspires creative exploration. If you need to restore your body AND your soul, Terra Sol is the place to go!

Terra Sol is the studio I go out of my way to attend. The welcoming community vibe is something I haven’t found anywhere else in Wilmington. Every instructor I have had has led me in a beautiful, soul filling practice. I’m so grateful for what this studio has brought to my life!

This is the best yoga studio in the world, and honestly, I've travelled the world. The moment you walk in, the studio/church space radiates incredibly optimistic vibrancy. The instructors (more like guides) are warm, knowledgable, creative, and every single one emits this crazy, heartfelt positive energy. The classes are as challenging or relaxing as you make them, there is no pressure to keep up. I've attended several different styles of yoga and dozens of classes at TSS, and without fail, my favorite class is whichever one I attended last. I think you will love this place.

This yoga studio is just like it says....a Sanctuary! I was greeted by Teresa who was helpful in getting me set up. The instructor, Alexis greeted me very warmly and asked if I had any special requests or any injuries. The all levels flow was beautifully led and I felt like I got just what I needed! I've found my yoga studio for my visits to Wilmington!

Alexis came to our Airbnb to give my girlfriends and I a private sound bath & meditation experience during a bachelorette weekend getaway, and she did a WONDERFUL job! She has was very communicative leading up to the event, drove to our location on a Saturday, had affordable rates, and provided a very special experience for us. She is delightful and has a great energy - highly recommend her and her studio!

Terra Sol has been a literal sanctuary for me over the past few months. I had no idea what a massive toll the stress of the past few years had on my nervous system until I started practicing here. Alexis is warm and welcoming, the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. Space is given to people of all strengths, abilities, and experience levels. We are frequently reminded to take modifications, honor ourselves and listen to our bodies. The studio space practically reverberates with positive energy.Coming to Terra Sol is like coming home. I am so grateful for them.
