The worst target I've ever been to. Don't come here unless you want to wait in line for ages and if you have a drive up order, you'll be waiting an hour long. Way too busy way too congested.

What on earth is wrong with this store? The checkout areas are filthy, the entry carpeted area is nasty, and the front sidewalk area looks like it should be cordoned off as a public health risk. Have some pride, people!

As always... if there's a target in the area.. I'm there! This target was across from my hotel room and I was geeked! I love going to different targets in different states just to see what goodies I can find. This target definitely had some goodies and i grabbed some pants and a blazer I've been wanting. So it was definitely a HIT! I started doing target sale Tik Toks And my followers are loving it! Anywho! Until next time target!You guys are awesome

I would not recommend this Target to anyone. My husband and I were regulars here and are absolutely disgusted at how we were treated on our most recent visit. We love so many of the products Target had to offer so we were always willing to put up with the general disorganization throughout this store, sometimes messy/dirty bathrooms, and very long lines that are 20+ minutes the majority of the time. But after our last experience here, that was the final straw.We stopped in to this store a week ago specifically for an item that was on sale for 40% off. The Target app showed inventory of 6 of this item in stock. There was only 1 out on the shelf. We asked a staff member for assistance and they said they did not know where the other items were but if we went to customer service they would give us a rain check. Customer service said they would honor the price if we came back within 14 days as they were getting more stock of the item in a couple of days. They had us screenshot the deal to show customer service on our next visit along with our receipt reflecting that we only were able to purchase 1 of that item. On our next visit today, customer service told us that we should have been given a piece of paper for a rain check and they could not do anything to honor it despite showing them the time stamped screenshot and receipt from our last purchase just as customer service told us to do. So because a Target employee screwed up and did not do their job and give us a piece of paper, we were the ones penalized for this. We made a second drive out there special for this item and lost out on gas, time, and $64 we should have received from the discount. With how much we had always shopped at this store and being loyal customers, we are beyond appalled at the way this was handled and have no desire to ever go back. We prefer to shop at businesses that actually have concern for their customers and will make things right when they drop the ball.While Target has a lot of nice offerings, it's not worth it to shop here at this location. It's disorganized and messy, and the employees clearly do not care to do the right thing or treat their customers in an appropriate manner. Just save yourself the trouble and order online or shop somewhere else that sources better talent and quality employees.

This Target was just around the corner from my hotel. I really enjoyed the location and convenience of going here! It can get quite busy around this intersection so please be aware. It's clean and most things are in stock. I have no complaints.

We need another Target in Wilmington NC really bad! Please build another. Preferably on the south side! Everyone in River Lights would be so grateful! There is a large empty lot just south of Staples and Home Depot on Carolina Beach Road!

i am highly disappointed in this Target. The bathroom are always filthy (everytime) and the amount of inventory they have is always very low. it seems like there is always a long line but plenty of staff members just walking around. The parking lot is absolute chaos and the whole store just seems disheveled. Customer service is not bad but I wish they would treat this more like a Target than a Walmart.

Target is great because it is more expensive than Walmart and u feel like u have to shower after shopping there...but they have decent pretzels u can eat while u shop through off brand nonsense

The most disorganized disappointing Target I have ever been in. They have more employees working online orders, than they do checking out in store customers. Their shelves are disorganized. The toy section is an absolute mess. If I wasn't married, I would never shop at this store.

I preordered a book online and had been frustrated with every single store here in Wilmington. I decided to try target and was ecstatic it was in stock. Eager me went in before my confirmation of being ready but it was because i was burned at all the other stores with the tactic of "first come first serve". Although i was confused at customer service at first, my apologies to the customer service young miss and young man that initially tried to help me. Target honors a ordering system and is seemingly the only store currently valuing that. Justin,who works in electronics, was so profoundly kind and sincere and Lauren, on duty manager, was diligently searching to make sure I received my book right then. Thank you lauren, I appreciate the genuine business etiquette and the kindness everyone gave me, especially during these current times. Thank you for your patience with me target.
