Wonderful to work with because it’s employee owned and they care about their customer!!! Products are quality over other stores and prices lower as well. I keep going back to compare while renovating and they are always better. The Manager as well as others is always helpful.

Good price and service. They offer advice and are always willing to spend the time to discuss projects.They have a loading area with easy access at the front of the store and will load for you within a few minutes. It's so much easier and quicker than the other big stores.I really like that they sell solid wood doors. I've purchased their products for many years and have not had a problem.

We have purchased several items from the Home Outlet for our condo renovation including vanities, sinks, and flooring. Every time I enter the store, I receive excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I did have a manufacturer problem with the flooring I purchased, and the company quickly addressed it & made it right. This kind of customer service makes me highly recommend doing business with a company who not only stands behind their products, but also provides a high level of excellence and integrity. We love the products we got from Home Outlet, especially the vanities as they are much higher quality (real wood) than big box stores for a better price. I highly recommend visiting this store for your home repair needs!

The absolute worst customer service! My husband and I walked in, no one asked if we needed assistance. No one said, " let me know if you have any questions". Absolutely nothing. After 30 minutes, of this nonsense, I had made up my mind that I didn't care if it was cheaper(and it wasn't) I was not spending money with anyone that can't even acknowledge that I'm in their establishment.

Really liked this store, was looking for kitchen cabinets and there are a lot of options. Salesman was very helpful and not pushy at all.

I bought some flooring back in march the installer I hired (not from the store) did a poor job installing it causing the floor to break and separate, the floor I purchased from this location carries a lifetime warranty, although the installer was at fault, Mr. Brian Flynn the store manager went ahead and honored the warranty on their product, my family and I Have been through so much trouble with our floor installers, I wish we went with the store installer to begin with, their customer service it’s top notch, best I ever experienced i highly recommend this store to anyone looking for flooring and any home products.

Ordered a door in June. My husband called the end of August. He was told it would be there the end of September. Today October 3, still no door. No answers. Didn't even look at other stores. Very disappointed. Was hoping to use them to purchase the items for our kitchen remodel. Not now. Would not recommend

Purchased a plain barn door with hardware, for less than 1/2 the cost of the other stores had them for. We torched it and added stain!

Great place to get pretty much anything you need to remodel your home. I can’t believe that I worked 2 blocks away for 3 years and never knew this place was there. It’s a lot cheap than Lowes or Home Depot.
