Terrible experience. The new grub hub option is absolutely ridiculous. Doesn't even accept food dollars just meal swipes. Asked for help from an employee and just got shrugged off. Campus dining is not worth it at uncw, nothing is ever open at decent times!!!

I had received a text offering 50% off a 2nd sandwich and told the girl before I ordered , showing it to her on my phone ! She acted like she was not very familiar with it but went ahead and made both sandwiches ! Upon getting to register I hit ' redeem ' ( because it starts a 5 minute countdown ) ! The girl at the register told me that she didn't see it , then the girl who made my food came up and said well sorry we don't have it but there is one for 10% off ! So they made me waste the coupon that I was texted and did not even offer to give the 10% or even the .92 cents for the extra cheese that I ordered ! I would not have bought the 2nd sandwich had she told me when we started that she was clueless and then when I told them that I wasted the coupon and bought a sandwich that I would not have bought , they acted like oh well , stuff happens !!! The coupon was good until the 14th but I got up and left home purposely to go to SUBWAY !!! Whoever owns this store location needs to have someone in the store at all times that can handle customer service because these two girls did not have a clue what to do or how to act ! I will avoid this location in the future !! Thanks and God bless !!! ps Plus the WHITE bread was stale as when I got home and opened it all of the top crust had disintegrated into a fine tiny flaky dust ! I really dislike when nothing goes right !!
