I LOVE the staff here!!! My family and i have came up on some rough times and have had to stay here for almost a year now. Everyone here has been super friendly and welcoming!!! They make sure to keep the doggydoo cleaned up and keep the pool, grill, and pond areas nice n clean as well. I always recommend the suburban to anyone thats looking for a clean, friendly and affordable place to stay!!!

Front desk service was great that's all I can say good about this place! Very very dirty. Broken stairs going to upstairs rooms. Air conditioner leaks inside of the room. Toilets overflow and we cleaned up the mess. They say they clean the rooms daily but ours wasn't cleaned once. Unless you call changing the trash and leaving towels cleaning.Charge 200 deposit for someone trying to get away but not go far and will take 3-5 business days to get it back no one said that in the beginning. All in all I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I would rate it zero but I couldn't post without giving a star.

Eunice at the front desk was very helpful. They let u stay as long as u need. Of course it's not upscale as most people here are trying to save for a place but very affordable. Lots of amenities that other extended stay hotels don't have. The room is spacious and has utensils, cabinet space, coffee pot, stove top, dishes, and full fridge. There's a table as well. This is an extended stay hotel. There are outdoor grills and picnic tables and u can stay as long as u need with out having to move rooms unless something has to be fixed. Haven't been here long but haven't had any problems and Eunice at the front desk is amazingly helpful! The manager maybe not sure she has blonde hair she was very nice as well and asked how we were when we saw her the next day. They have more than one washer and dryer big upgrade from Studio 6.

2018: Stayed in room 156 for 8 nights. It's a handicap accessible room. 2 double beds were comfortable. Nice big bathroom, with a tub that's easy to get into and out of. Kitchenette was well equiped. Overall it was quiet and clean. I will stay here again on my next visit to Wilmington.

Sept 16, 2024 ZERO ☆'s. Disgusting!!!! Assigned to room 120. Room was dirty, run down and needed to be gutted and redone. Only was going to stay 2 nights so decided we could put up with it. After being in the room about an hour we saw roaches, not 1 or 2, more like 20 all over the top of the nightstand. That was it for me I couldn't stay there. The roaches were coming out of the clock radio. We grabbed our stuff and left. I went to the front desk to complain and said we wouldn't be staying here and wanted a refund. The desk girl said, well you were in the room for a few hours so I can't refund your money. (We prepaid back in June) Tried calling a "corporate" number I was given and got the front desk. Still trying for a refund, credit card company is now involved. Bottom line is, on previous stays we loved it here. Now it is so gross I would sleep in my car before I stayed here. I wasn't the only one in the office complaining at the time either. Another man was there saying his room was dirty and too noisy. Read the reviews from others.
Rooms: Gross, dirty, roaches. Run down. Room 120.
Noteworthy details: I've stayed here many times before and enjoyed it. Now, the place is so bad I wouldn't stay there.

not filthy, dirty very dirty. i stayed here twice and both times i saw roaches. big roaches.. the floors are nasty. the bedsheets had chucks of food and stains on them. found empty bottles of alcohol in the bedside drawer. underneath the bed where hard drug paraphernalia. this place should be shut down 100%. i highly recommend not staying here!?

My friends and I booked a night here and was highly disappointed. The room was filthy. There was bodily fluids on the walls in the bathroom, holes and cigarette burns on the bed sheets, and weeds growing up by the front door. The room walls were dirty and we did not feel safe. The front door lock wouldn’t even lock properly. Additionally, the room was filled with cigarette and weed smells so we ended up returning our room key and finding another place to stay.
Rooms: Small size rooms that were filthy and not clean at all.
Safety: Front door lock in room did not work and we were greeted by many drunk individuals.

Do not get a room here! I checked in for a non-smoking room of a Saturday night. Opened the door to the room and it smelled of smoke and pot. the AC unit was caked with dirt. Went back to the office to refuse the room and was told they couldn't refund my money or cancel the booking that the Manager would have to do that on Monday! I called Monday mid morning, left a message for the manager (call was not returned) Call again late afternoon, no answer after over 10 rings. Finally got the manager on Tuesday and they were like Oh well here is a refund. Refund took another 4 days to hit my account.

The room was comfortable and it was located in a great area. Tami at the front desk was delightful to work with and super helpful with restaurant recommendations. We will definitely be back

if i could do zero starts i would… this is literally the worst hotel i have ever stayed at it was so disgusting it looks like the place has never been cleaned before, the furniture is disgusting and smells horrible. there was literally food on the wall the bathroom looked horrendous we couldn’t even shower there. i had to go out of my way and spent $40 on cleaning supplies to be able to sleep confortable at night. WORSR HOTEL EVER!

Room was filthy floors especially like it hasn't been moped in a very long time. The couch was dirty as well and missing the mattress makes the cushions sink in It's rendering it extremely uncomfortable. You can hear every step the upstairs people take. Ac does work well parking lot is nice and well lit. internet is unusable like 3mb a sec can't even watch Netflix.

To be honest this was not a good place to stay at the wall and floors were very dirty the dishes in the studio kitchen looked like they had not been very well taken care of water leaks in the floors from outside I do not recommend this establishment to anyone for a stay

Filthy . Full of roaches. We have stayed there for the last 5 yrs. Never again. They need to shut that nasty place down or fire everyone and hire people who care. Unbelievable
