The shop itself is very nicely kept and is inviting. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. I originally went in but the intentions of possibly having to buy a chain which they had many lovely options to choose from. However, none of them would fit me for my nostril piercings were further apart. They referred me to a company called Black Forest. She was very informative and helped me choose my perfect chain. In short, she created a masterpiece, it did end up needing to be trimmed just a bit, but I had no worries, i had nothing to fear, master chain cutter, Mike was there and he made sure it fit perfectly!!! I cannot tell you how thrilled, I am with the chain and the level of customer service I received from the beginning to the end of the process. This will be my only go to shop. If you’re looking to have any piercings done, custom jewelry made , or ideas for Curation, I highly recommend them. You won’t be dissatisfied.

The easiest, smoothest, kindest and most patient piercing place that I’ve ever been. Front staff was so kind and considerate. I went for my first piercing and they were so kind and patient with me! They answered all of my questions with ease!! Will definitely be going back!!

Absolutely awesome place, staff was very friendly and helpful. Had my tongue and nose pierced there. Both times it was very clean. Definitely recommend for all wanting piercings.

Front area workers are nice and knowledgeable, but piercers both times I’ve gone have given me very quick, misplaced or painful experiences. I’ve been too nice to say in person, especially when the piercers are not very nice or welcoming. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a piercing that is placed correctly or cleaned.

Had a wonderful experience today! The staff was patient with me while I was deciding on jewelry. They had so much to choose from! They answered all of my questions. Lexi was my piercer. I loved her and her personality. She is very knowledgeable and gentle. She was very thorough and explained aftercare and the healing process very well. 10/10 would recommend!

LOVED this piercing shop for so many reasons. Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Huge selection of high quality jewelry to choose from. They know what they are doing when it comes to piercings. Also, the only place in Wilmington that is just a piercing studio. I won't go anywhere else for future piercings.

When are there for the first time to get my Tragus pierced both sides had a really amazing experience. The ladies were very nice and helped me pick out the Jewelry that was right for me. And the piercer guy I think his name was Roy was amazing and made me feel very comfortable because I was nervous. I would definitely highly recommend going there to get your piercing. They where really great.

Called and was told it was 30$ plus the jewelry for the piercing for one person. Get there and it’s 160$ for 2 people…For nose piercings….

Wilmington is so fortunate to have such a top notch piercing studio! They have a massive variety of jewelry with options to customize or order exactly what you're looking for.
The staff is always extremely friendly and knowledgable, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of products and services.
I've gone in a few times over the year for jewelery and for help stretching up my spetum and it's always been a quick and seamless experience. I stopped by today and want to shoutout Hannah and the piercer working (I didn't catch their name). They were both so welcoming and friendly and made what's usually a great experience even better.
