When we decided to look for a new car, a neighbor suggested we speak to Kira Orellana at Stevenson-Hendrick Honda in Wilmington, NC. Kira spent a great deal of time with us while looking at the different CRV models, pointing out the features and going on two test drives. At no time did we feel pressured or hurried. She did not try to sell us on options we did not need or want. Kira was friendly and professional and spent as much time as was needed to answer our many questions. On the day we took possession of the new vehicle she took the time to customize the various features to our liking. We highly recommend Kira to any future potential Honda buyers.

We recently purchased a car and realized it was too small for our needs. We wanted to roll that car into a Honda Odyssey van. I went to the Hendrick Honda website and used the chat feature to request more info about making the trade. Immediately Noah Mix from Hendrick responded through chat, I asked him to call me, he did exactly that. He was knowledgeable and friendly so I booked time to meet Noah in person.
We showed up for our appointment and Noah had a few cars for us to look at, took us on a test drive and worked with us to get the trim level we wanted. We didn’t spend hours there like other dealers, it was efficient and a pleasant purchasing experience. Noah is a true professional. Highly recommend Noah Mix and Hedrick Honda of Wilmington!

This is going to be a bit long but it’s worth the read. This is my 2nd brand new car I have bought from Hendrick Honda and I will continue to go back!!
Before I went into the dealership this time, I emailed the sales manager, Ken Walker and asked him to call me as I had a few questions. Ken called me back within about 20 minutes AND it was his day off…..you really can’t ask for more as he was super helpful! When you go to the dealership, ask for Shannon Stevens! I cannot say enough about the care and attention provided by her! She was up front and honest about everything! I was super stressed due to my previous Honda being totaled but Shannon definitely made the process easy. If you want heated seats and the model you like doesn’t come with them, Shannon will hook you up with Matt Banning and if you think Shannon is great, wait until you meet Matt….he is a character!! Once you purchase your car and it’s time to be serviced, make sure you ask for Savannah Smith! There hasn’t been one service desk person I haven’t liked but Savannah is #1 and one of the main reasons I came back to Honda for another car. No place can be perfect so when I did have an issue, Savannah was on top of it! After the issues, I spoke with Robert Tate and he was amazing too! There are so many wonderful people in this building that truly care which is why I will continue to come back! Thank you to all the amazing people there!

Mike Buda is the man!!! My wife and I have been car shopping for a couple of weeks, and have been in dealerships from Wilmington to New Bern, and everywhere in between, and we both agreed that Stevenson Hendrick Honda is hands down the best experience we've had! Mike was just a great all around guy, he was very knowledgeable about a wide range of vehicles, and even took the care to have us test drive on a route that took us on different road surfaces and speeds so we could get a full range of experience in each vehicle we drove. Everyone we dealt with in this dealership, from reception to sales to finance, was so friendly and helpful they make you feel like they genuinely want to put you in the best vehicle for your needs, and not just the one that makes them the most money. We ended up buying a used Volkswagen and they treated us just like we were buying the most expensive new Honda on the lot. I can't say enough nice things about everyone here, and in the future when we look to buy a car of any make or model, we're starting at this dealership! If you're in the market for a new Honda, or any make of used vehicle, they have an incredibly extensive inventory, and they'll be the nicest people you'll ever deal with!!
As a side note, this is an updated review. I also bought an F150 from Stevenson Hendrick Honda 4 years ago, and they were just as helpful then!

Thank you to Ray Ortiz at Stevenson Hendrick for helping me look for a new car. He is truly an amazing person, coming into work on his day off to help me and my mom find a great looking, reliable, and overall a car that I really needed.
I would like to say he is very experienced when it comes to being a car salesman. At first i was looking at a nice Subaru, but he could tell that i was a little iffy about it, he was able to read and understand my body language and took me to look at more cars that they had at the lot.
