Fantastic service! Went on Sunday 9/8 and the crew working was great. They did an excellent job pre-cleaning my truck before it ran through the machine. One of the guys, as he was restocking cleaning stations, even stopped and offered to power wash my rubber floor mats. Will definitely return.

I was very happy going here weekly until this happened…. When pulling in one of the staff members on the left side near driver side windshield began to use a long handle brush. After he did a brief scrub the piece on the handle that meets the bristles when he was taking it off the windshield banged very hard and loud onto my side mirror. If he didn’t know this happened I would be shocked. I looked right at him surprised and was going to say something till he sprayed the window and the vehicle was pushed into the wash. I had a very busy day and thought I would mention it with the owner or manager but had no luck. I understand people make mistakes and sometimes careless ones cause we are all human. But I just can’t return.

Great car wash! Clean grounds, vacuums worked well. Every vacuum had towels, window cleaner, sent and compressed air! Actual car wash did a great job and the employees pre-sprayed the car, washed and brushed the hood and front glass. Excellent experience and will return.

Friendly staff. I was greeted at the payment machine by a staff member. The machines were all working properly and the service is decent. Their vacuum cleaners are powerful and fast. I would recommend this place if you live near Mayfair mall or are on the way in and out of Wrightsville Beach.

I absolutely love Squeaky Shine Car Wash! Having tried several self-service car washes in the area, this one stands out as the best. First and foremost, it is perfectly located for me, as I drive by at least once, if not more times, each day. I wash my Uber car at least three times a week, and my other two vehicles about once a week.
One of the best features is the discount on multiple monthly memberships, which is a huge benefit since I have three vehicles, all on monthly plans. The employees here are always friendly and genuinely happy to see me when I arrive. They are always eager to help, especially when I bring my all-weather floor mats, and they spray them off with the pressure washer.
Additionally, the compressed air blowers at each vacuum station are a fantastic touch. After wiping down and vacuuming the interior, I can use the blowers to remove any remaining bits of dust. This attention to detail makes a big difference.
I plan to remain a loyal customer and highly recommend Squeaky Shine Car Wash to all my friends and family!

Incompetent staff to say the least.
On three different occasions they have charged us $44 for a $20 wash. The first time It took my bank three months to fight it out with them, as they had billed for the one month plan, which wasn't asked for. That was on my card.
The second and third times was when my room mate went. They once again billed her $44 when she wanted the $20 thing. She went back and they said they would adjust it down to the $20 and return the difference. They did not do this. Talking to the staff did nothing but elicit promises of they would leave a note for their boss or some such blather.
The third time last week around Easter 2024 the same thing happened and they said they could not fix the error (asked for $9 service and get charged for the $44 dollar service).
Every time she goes there they overcharge (say they can't return the overcharge and then they sign you up for a pay plan you didn't ask for).
According to her it is worth $9 a month to keep the pollen off, but not an automatic renewal at $44 that pops up out of nowhere.
They may do a good job or my room mate would not go back, but getting over charged twice and initially charged for something that wasn't asked for is thievery, plain and simple.

This is absolutely the best car wash in Wilmington, NC. What sets this apart from others, well, where to start. Water, it’s the wettest around. Imagine your woman watching all episodes of Magic Mike in one night. Vacuums, they could suck the chrome off a bumper. Dirt will not survive the vortex of an internal tornado of real power. Not convinced? Go check it out for yourself. You’ll be completely happy you did and will return for repeated pleasure.

Does a great job cleaning my car and I LOVE the fact that I can vacuum my car any time rather than having to go thru the was first. Makes it super convenient to vacuum out that beach sand on my way home!!
