Customer service is amazing once you get paired with someone. The wait times are insane. The last 3 times we have been, it’s been an hour and a half since wait time. IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN EQUIPMENT GO TO THE UPS STORE. No box needed, just drop off your equipment and they’ll give you a receipt.
