So after looking at some reviews it seems we weren't the only folks who got the cold shoulder. On 12/9/24 we were completely ignored, and when we finally got someone to help us ( although there were several employees) we were left by employee who brought us a foot sizer to go cash out some other customers. So I guess if your paying you get the attention. Apologies not excepted, went to fleet store and got excellent customer service....pay attention who ever responds to these revews!!

This store is a complete disappointment. I visited once, and every shoe I wanted – three or four different pairs – was unavailable in a size 12, which is a standard size for common styles. It’s frustrating that a physical store doesn’t stock basic sizes that should be readily available. When I finally got someone to help (after being ignored and having to chase them down), I was told they could order the shoes for delivery to my home. I can do that online myself – the point of going to a store is to buy the product on the spot. On top of that, I have more than once ordered a shoe online for pickup, only to have the store cancel the order without any communication or apology, offering no alternatives or attempt to make it right. Customer service seems nonexistent here. I love Skechers, but I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on. Honestly, there’s no reason for this location to stay open if they can't offer basic service or inventory.

To put it mildly, the staff here represent the uppermost pinnacle of doing the absolute bare minimum. For the past two times I have gone when I have questions I am told I can go online Or if I need help, I can go online. It completely defeats the purpose of having a storefront when the staff do not want to help you because it requires work. Incredibly dissatisfied customer.

Staff was attentive and helped if you needed a certain size. I took one star of because we found a pair of sneakers for my daughter and someone tried them on with filthy feet, and it was never caught by staff. Just gross. Other than that it's a great store.

Love this Store! I wish that we had a Skechers store in our area but it is worth the drive. The employees are so kind & helpful. This store has a lot to offer.

Love the slip ins. However, I'm a size 10 and can NEVER find that size in the stye I like at the store. Always wind up walking out because I refuse to settle for something, especially for the price of the shoe.

I was surprised by how well the store was organized, how clean it was and how well staffed it was. Everyone we interacted with was also very friendly and helpful. Prices were great and the selection was great too. Spent a lot less than I thought I would and got more.

I am a hard fit because I am really a 12.5. No one makes that size. I have to try 12 and 13 to see which one fits best. That being said, this Skechers store has tons of inventory. I actually found the shoes I wanted in the size that fit me. Great job.

It was a sad experience. My wife and I were in town on vacation. After walking around for 30 minutes we were not finding suitable sizes in the styles we liked.
There were 7 employees in 2 different groups. 3 in one and 4 in another.
At no time did any of the staff approach us or offer help. Two other male customers spoke with me about the poor service. One of them walked out when we left.
This was on 6/6/24 at 3 pm.
Looks like lost sales of possibly 4-6 pairs of shoes.
We live 3 hours away. So returning is not that simple.
