We honestly had the best two cashiers yesterday (4/23). My boyfriend found a pair of shoes our first time in. And the woman was so kind and helped us find another store we were looking for. Then I came back in and another cashier came to help us. Idk his name. He had hearing aids and it was honestly had the best customer service we've ever experienced. Idk who reads these or if it matters, but he deserves all the praise!!!

Went to the store to purchase new boots. Found a good pair that I liked. Unfortunately they couldn't find the matching one in the back...thought that was odd....no big deal I'll just shop around. Left the store and went online to compare. They still had the cheapest price. Orders the boots and my bank declined it due to suspicious activity. Also no problem, I approved the transaction. I recorded the boots, payment went through, recieced the email confirmation. 3 days goes by and I decided to call and check on my order since I haven't received any other email. Called the store and she said I had to call customer service. Called customer service, lady seemed to not care. Asked about my order and she said it was canceled, so I explained the situation but all she could say was it's canceled. Called my bank, they confirmed the payment was approved. Customer service still had no record of my order. Fortunately I can still file a claim at my bank and get my money back....hopefully... No complaints about the employees in the store what so ever, just their ordering system and customer service person.

The whole store smells like moldy vents, especially as you get closer to the back. Extremely unpleasant and definitely unhealthy, particularly for the staff.

Kristen was by far best shoe store associate encountered in forever! She was so helpful finding my daughter shoes for her daddy daughter dance,even called another store to check on availability! THANK YOU!

The Shoe Department in Hinesville Georgia is one of the worst shoe departments that I've ever been to the customer service representative in there is very rude she thinks she has power to being rude and tell people that their service is not important here that they can go somewhere else I would not recommend Shoe Department in Hinesville to anyone in the area
