THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Came in on 4/2/22 at 2:09pm. African American female with blonde and black faux locs proceeded to assume and insinuate that I had an attitude because she didn’t understand what I had said to her. If you don’t like your job find a different one. Won’t be back and will be reporting her to corporate! She also didn’t want to provide me with her name which says enough about her and her work ethic. Hope she has a better day in the further. But be careful how you talk and handle people….

I never leave reviews, but wowzers have I been triggered.Went in to pick up a pint of ice cream. Easy peasy. Not so! I go to the counter, and a white employee in his 50s grumbles something at me as I insert my credit card. My card gets approved, and as I remove it the guy says either, "All right, you're outta here" or "All right, get outta here." Keep in mind, I had zero interactions with this man in my life, so it's not like we have any history. He's just actively antagonizing the customers? I was so taken aback that I tried tilting my head to see if he was possibly talking into the phone on a Bluetooth device, but he wasn't.And I get it, the guy's either crazy or a jerk: You don't end up working the register on the graveyard shift at this dive unless you've made some pretty poor choices in life. But again, to actively antagonize paying customers who just want to grab some Ben & Jerry's, pay, and leave? Disgraceful.

I like this store because it is usually open when others are not. The Landfall store, down the road was closed due to "cooler restocking". Really!, before 2am?I was polite to the cashier at the Scotchman and he reciprocated. What more could you ask for. Thank you.

The store is open 24 hours, I stopped at around 1:30am to use the bathroom and grab a snack. When I got to the register I realized I had left my wallet in my vehicle. When I told the attendant I needed to get my wallet he said the store closed when I was in the bathroom and wouldn't reopen until 3am. I said it makes no sense this is a 24 hour gas station and his response was "not when I'm understaffed". I guess I will use another gas station.

Says 24 hours but doors locked up at 11pm. Don't know if there was a specific reason like counting inventory cause there was no notice on the door and it looked open inside but couldn't see anyone and no one came to the door..at least 6 people went up and nada. Assuming it was for a purpose and not just laziness but a note on the door or something would be nice.

This store is constantly out of hot food. This week alone out of patty sausage, smoked sausage, cheese grits and biscuits. There is no excuse. Probably why within the last 6 months I have seen them go through 4 Food Service managers! Something is wrong with this store!
