I have used storage here for a year and a half. It was temperature controlled. I emptied it out and everything was in the same condition as I left it in. Staff was wonderful, especially Stacy. She went out of her way to assist me and was very friendly. I would use SecureCare again if needed.
My only issue was that I could never set up direct deposit. I was told over the phone that it was set up and it did not draft my account. I was told i had to physically come down there and then the system was down when i showed up. So I had to call them every month to make payments.

Came in later on Saturday to get a unit, Chris got me checked in and on my way and the whole process was very smooth and easy. Highly recommend

This place is great. I have had the storage unit for 3 years. I had never had a problem! I love it because I can use an app to open the unit! Good neighborhood!

Heather was so hopeful in selecting the right location for our storage needs on the property. 24/7 drive up access and great price! And best yet….its located at a traffic light. Easy in and easy out.
