We’ve been to Seapeace a few times with our pup and had a very good experience in the past. However, on our most recent visit my husband noticed a new member of staff (male, dark hair wearing a Hawaiian shirt) was handling the dogs pretty aggressively. Like I said, we’ve always had a good experience with them and so he didn’t think anything of it.24hrs later and our dog is lethargic, and shivering. We took him to the emergency vet hospital and it turns out he has post-grooming furunculosis, which is a fungal infection caused by using either a contaminated slicker brush or excessive force when brushing. Obviously neither of those are what you want when you send your dog to the groomer.He had a fever and lesions all along his back under his fur, and apparently if not treated quickly this can become very badly infected. We were at the vet until 2am, and spent $700 on exams and medications that he will now be on for WEEKS.We called Seapeace and spoke with the owner, who was very apologetic and understanding. We do appreciate being listened to and the matter being taken seriously, because we obviously would not want another dog or owner to go through what we did, and it seemed like Seapeace felt the same way.

I took my cat here for the first time a few days ago and was extremely happy with the way Angela cut my cat's nails! Was hoping they'd be short enough as other places simply haven't cut them short enough. Highly recommend this business to anyone lookng for pet grooming services. I will definitely be back!!

I have a Samoyed who had matting that needed shaving. This was mine and her first time at a groomer. So we were nervous. They did an incredible job at guiding me through their process, and making me feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care. She came back with an incredible haircut. Granted she needed to be shaved. But I could tell that the groomer really tried to leave her with something she could be proud of, ontop of being 10000x more comfortable. We will be repeat customers indefinitely.

Sea Peace was amazing for my small dog’s grooming needs! The staff is super friendly, efficient, and worked my pup in at a convenient time for me. Small, quiet, and laid back environment. Pricing is reasonable and you can tell the owner loves what she does. Definitely give them a call. Thank you Sea Peace!

Two stars because the cuts are always well done. Service has always been fine until my last two visits. My last visit the cost increased by 20%. From $100-$120. When I asked why I was informed that grooming has gone up substantially in our area and they had to keep up with the market. So market demand. Okay, not thrilled but we are all feeling inflation. Today, I go pick my dog up again and it's again 120 with an added credit card fee. So let me say we just had a baby two weeks ago, frustrated I let them know that and express that after leaving my tip that is a lot of money today for a haircut. I try to leave and I'm bombarded by the owner angrily trying to give me 20 dollars while sarcastically saying...HERE TAKE IT! A GIFT FOR YOUR BABY! Repeatedly over and over. That's pretty damn insulting. Sorry if I look at your rate sheet and I'm getting charged more than any other dog on there. I have a 70 pound doodle, not a 200 pound gorilla. I have to get my dog groomed but not at the cost of businesses arbitrarily raising their prices then insulting me. Never going back.

Never returned my phone call. Even if a business is all booked up, the least one can do is have your voicemail state you are not taking any new clients or call the person back and advise them if you can provide service or not. I only gave one star to be able to post.
