At 615am these Hispanic men were ordering food and there was an obvious language barrier - the woman behind the counter preparing food just started YELLING at them .. it was so incredibly uncalled for and rude. I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. I understand a stressful job, but maybe download the ‘google translate’ app so you can communicate without making PAYING CUSTOMERS feel bad … and the rest of us extremely uncomfortable having to witness it. Totally not okay. Also I should note the woman who was doing the cooking and distributing wasn’t the young girl who is normally back there. But an older lady with dark hair.Other than that, I’ve typically always had good trips to this store. The rest of the staff are amazing.

Worst gas station in North Carolina. Takes 30 minutes to fill a regular cars gas tank. Every pump they have there sucks. can’t believe they haven’t replaced the pumps such a cheapo owner. I’m really surprised they haven’t ran out of business the way the store is

The black lady today fixed my food totally wrong out of spite. I ask for cheese grits and eggs. Went back up there instead of giving me a new container she put the cheese grits on top of the regular grits with a slice of cheese. So disrespectful. I threw it back at her. She needs to do her job instead of flirting with people men. She needs to be fired. I never had a problem with the other ladies in there. I never met her before. Her customer service skills are not there. She's in the wrong field. This was at the truck stop in wilmington nc.

Rude and grouchy morning staff. Won't ever stop there again. I'd rather pay higher prices than deal with people who obviously have no idea how to be professional. Not a good face forward representation for a business.

I never leave reviews, but wowzers have I been triggered. Went in to pick up a pint of ice cream. Easy peasy. Not so! I go to the counter, and a white employee in his 50s grumbles something at me as I insert my credit card. My card gets approved, and as I remove it the guy says either, "All right, you're outta here" or "All right, get outta here." Keep in mind, I had zero interactions with this man in my life, so it's not like we have any history. He's just actively antagonizing the customers? I was so taken aback that I tried tilting my head to see if he was possibly talking into the phone on a Bluetooth device, but he wasn't. And I get it, the guy's either crazy or a j**** You don't end up working the register on the graveyard shift at this dive unless you've made some pretty poor choices in life. But again, to actively antagonize paying customers who just want to grab some Ben & Jerry's, pay, and leave? Disgraceful.
