This being my wife and I's first storage rental experience, Mo made it such a pleasure. Mo was extremely professional and knowledgeable with such a great personality. She took the time to walk us through the entire process and was happy to answer all of are questions.

Please be aware of any insurance that you purchase with your storage unit..
I walked in my unit one day to find soaking wet insulation in my face. My unit wasn’t the only with damage. The storage facility and the insurance company are both owned by the same person, so a claim being approved is doubtful. “We don’t pay for water damage”
Maybe it’s my fault for buying the insurance.
Update -
It’s now 03/16/24 and no one has contacted me.
I have added more pictures of clothes that were molded and damaged, which I didn’t even bother sending or included in the claim I filed.
I have sent emails regarding the status and update only to have my emails returned to me as undeliverable.
Make sure you understand the insurance offered. Don’t be fooled by the politeness of the employee’s. If I had read the insurance or lack thereof that I paid for monthly I wouldn’t feel like I was totally scammed…
The insurance they offer doesn’t cover anything. Please read my letter of determination at the end. Never trust people.
If you have items of value I recommend you move them elsewhere

DuJuana is the nicest person I've ever dealt with a storage place and I've rented my share. She helped me when I first moved in and she helped me again today get set up with a smaller unit now that I've sold some of my furniture. She took her time to get everything right and even made sure my new unit is by the door so it's easier for me to transfer everything from one building to the other. The place is also spotless like it was built yesterday. I can't say that about any other storage place I've been to.

Best storage place I've ever used - and that is an understatement! The staff is AMAZING, the facilities are nice, and prices are affordable!! The property manager DuJuana is one of the kindest and most incredible people I have ever met and her store manager, Jason, is an absolute delight as well! Thank you both so much for making my experience and transition so easy!!!! I never thought the customer service at a storage unit could leave such an impact - but WOW. You provided so much relief and compassion during a very difficult time in my life. Words cannot express how thankful I am to have had the chance to meet you both! Wishing you the best in 2024!!!

I am a return customer to this location on Enterprise Dr in Wilmington NC. This facility is safe and clean. The Property Manage is truly Best in Class. She is knowledgeable about her brand with an “I care” attitude. I would recommend Go Store It Self Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility.
