The store itself is great but the tire department is terrible. I brought my daughter's tire for a nail repair under a road hazard. The technician damaged my tire and rim. I filed a claim with the tire manager and of course, they denied it. Had to purchase a new tire and rim. Had them installed at a real tire shop. Stay away from Sam's if you value your family's safety!!!!!

Terrible place to shop and work at. I had one of the worst on job experiences of my life at this place and never received any information about the situation. Manager Mike completely disregards the health and safety of employees particularly ones with type one diabetes. I was told from this manager that if I left the store to check my blood sugar that he would “personally hold me responsible for my actions”. The store manager Jodi Henson brushed this situation under the rug and has not responded to many of my emails just trying to get closure.

Pretty average for a Sam's club. Love the sale prices. (Look for the yellow price tags! For instance Kraft singles on sale for $6.77 for 72 slices!) Store was clean and stocked. Used Scan & Go on their app and avoided the lines.

Almost always able to find what you are looking for, on-line or in the store. You can shop, pick up or have it shipped. Prices are competitive.

They do not train their employees properly and then throw them away like garbage when they don't know what they're doing or can't work fast enough.

Is zero stars an option? Had a horrible experience at this club! I opted to have new tires put on my low mile SUV (for the first time ever) and after a pricing issue that I had to argue with them about, I walked out to find all my rims damaged. I approached management who took fault and assured me their claims department would handle it. Weeks later, management changed their story and the claims department decided there was no way the tire shop could have done the damage and suddenly there was "documentation of prior damage to the vehicle". The documentation from the tech on the final paperwork stated "scratches on rims/truck"...The damage to the wheels was literal gouging in the metal where they removed the center cap. My claim was denied, I was basically called a liar, and they told me they refused to reassess. If you value your vehicle don't get tires here! I personally will spend the extra $ at Costco from now on.

Great first experience as a member today! Member Services efficiently helped me get my membership card. The staff at the optical center were friendly and helpful. Even an associate went out of her way to double check the availability of a particular item with a coworker. Quick self check out was a breeze. The customer service was great so I think I made the right decision to get a membership here instead of the wholesale club competitor down the street that I've previously had customer service issues with. I'm looking forward to trying their online shopping with free curbside pickup service (something the wholesale club competitor down the street that has a more expensive membership doesn't offer).

I wasn't gonna make it just their issue, but the manufacturers as well, but when they refused to honor me as a trusted customer and stand good for the wrong thing they had sold me (unless I drive 2 hours there and back to show them my receipt when they already had one on file) , I decided to post this pic/video. A picture is worth a thousand words anyway.

Sams club requires a membership to shop. The member ship cost 45$ a year and will allow up to two people on one membership, each individual of the account will receive their own membership card with their info. This store is great for buying in bulk; for large families, business owners of all kind and those who buy in bulk to keep from shopping so often.

I absolutely love the no contact pick up. Every time I am picking up my items, the workers are very friendly and courteous.

Love Sams club every time I go they are so helpful and courteous. The prices are great and they follow the mask and sanitizer and social distancing which I love.
