While I do find nice clothing at the 1411 Floral Pkwy location I have had numerous customer service related experiences there that have made shopping an unpleasant experience. Once I came in with my daughter who had 3 things to try on at 3:55pm. They said the dressing room was closed because it was approaching closing time. They close at 5:30pm. She wasn't able to try anything on and we left without being able to purchase what we came for. I have had much more pleasant customer service experiences at the 5912 Oleander location which also closes at 5:30pm. When I asked them what time their dressing rooms closed they said 5:00pm. When I have the choice I choose the 5912 Oleander location.

This store is always neat and clean. All the clothing is hung with hangers. Furniture is very clean. Appliances are tested before being sold. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is friendly.

I showed up at 4:51 and they were closed and counting the drawer. The sign says they close at five. The lady inside just stand stood inside and smirked. Very disappointed you should keep the hours you say you’re going to keep.

I still can not believe how those rude, nasty, disrespectful, closes before the time on the door EVERYDAY. Gets mad at people coming in to shop (even though that’s what it’s there for) horrible customer service and no home training woman still have a job there

VERY Pricey!!! Horrible store. Worst I’ve visited. Dressing room was CLOSED but yet they sell clothes with a no return policy. My receipt says 1634 which is 434pm but they close at 530pm. I had been there for about 40 mins. Wow, go fIgure!

Nice clean store, nice merchandise. Would be nice if when you walk in and the cashier who is doing NOTHING at least says hi, hello, or grunts at you.

Older lady followed me and my child around talking with other workers about how kids shouldn’t be allowed in and all they will do is break things. At least 3 times she walked by me and said this but wouldn’t actually say anything to me personally. Very rude
