I wish I lived here so I could be a member and come all the time!! I happened to stop by while out traveling around with Gary (my dog). I was so happy to find a place where I could pump out some work and Gary could pump out some of his pent-up energy!!Everyone was so nice throughout the entire visit. I was very happy that I had jumped on Yelp prior to arriving so I was able to get all of Garys info submitted and pay for entrance prior! The beers were cold, great options available, and the dog play area was large and had plenty of seating for pet parents. I would love to go back!

This place is amazing. Every dog, including mine are having a great time. The atmosphere is totally chill, and everyone in nice to each other and the dogs. The bartender and the local vodka (End of Time) are both exceptional.

This place was really cool! I think it's a great bar for the area to have. There is an inside bar and then a giant fenced in outdoor space for the dogs to run and play. They have a great selection on beer and cocktails. They may also have wine but I can't be sure of that. They are connected to Mess hall so as long as it's not Sunday there is food available. I'm not sure if they have a food truck come on Sundays. We were there in early Sept so it was a pretty hot day. The inside bar was very hot and humid and then of course outside was hot but kind of a relief. I wouldn't bring by dogs in the heat. That's not their fault. It would be impossible to cool the inside since the doors have to be open for the dogs to come and go. I did watch one dog jump the fence multiple times so if your dog is a jumper you might want to keep him home or keep a very close eye on them. I think the fence was about 4 feet high that the dog jumped. The bartenders were both very nice and helpful. All in all it's a pretty cool spot. Something to check out for sure if you have or love dogs.

It's a doggy dog bar. Great drinks, friendly bartenders, wagging tails, and plenty of butt scratches to go around (four legged friends only). Check out their website before going to save some time uploading vaccine info and paying the member fee. There's a daily, monthly and a yearly member rate to choose from for your best friend, but humans are always free.

I went here for the first time and literally after just two minutes there, a rogue dog scratched the back of my right knee which drew blood. I was just minding my own business looking at the drink menu at the bar when all of a sudden I felt a force on the back of my knee. The whole brief experience was really frustrating and unfortunate. While Ruff Draft isn't directly responsible for my injury, they should do a better job keeping the dog owners responsible for not letting their dogs roughhousing get out of hand, especially indoors.I also thought their beer prices were quite expensive...just as much as a cocktail, really? Overall, I'm sure this place will do just fine given that I think they're the only dog bar in town and they have Mess Hall right next door but after this unfortunate experience, I personally don't think I can go back. I'd recommend wearing pants to future customers just in case. Have fun!

Great place to hang out with the pupper and Kaylee is an excellent bar tender. 100% will be back again. Now they have the burger place across the lawn. Go to the website to see the dog rules but it's all very straightforward.

Great spot for a drink and to let your dog run around. Next door to mess hall, there's a to go window. Burgers are very good!

This is a safe and spacious space for your fur baby to play. We had a great time here with our dog while visiting Wilmington.

Cool concept, not a great execution. There isn’t enough shade for dogs here and not enough water for them to drink. I went here with my friends to enjoy all of the pups running around, but it stressed us out so much that we left and will not be returning.Dogs were so overheated they were digging holes just to cool off, while their owners just sat and drank beer. There isn’t really enough places to sit and overall it just seems like this place is not very dog focused. If it were my business, I’d have a water trough for the dogs, sun shades, trees or umbrellas for shade, and maybe even an attendant to make sure the dogs are safe in the park.

Was out of my first 2 beer choices. P*** depository should probably be moved further away from outdoor human seating area. Pretty cool concept for dog parents! Can't wait for the cat wine bar and tap room to open across the street in 2024!Playground: Big spot for dogsRestrooms: Has restrooms. And playground for dog restrooms.Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly. Check website for paperwork to bring your pup.Picnic area: Tables are too close to p*** bucket. Stinks.

Great dog bar! If you come on a rainy day, expect your dog to get a bit dirty if they go outside. Nothing against this place, it’s just the truth! Drinks were very reasonable as well.
