You must pay attention to what you purchase but there are a lot of gems within the mix of this place. Every time I get a compliment for what time wearing, 90% of the time it came from this store. Love Ross!!

Cashiers have bad attitudes. They speak to customers with a tone. And you have to wait in line to make returns!!! I had to wait a while to get my return done.
