They sold me the wrong size shoes one was a 8.5 one was a 9.5. The shoes were labeled with a sticker 9.5 so I never thought anything of it. I went back to their store to get a bigger size because they always felt small. Just to find out they wouldn’t take them back cause they were they were different size shoes. I spent a lot of money there since they opened and I will never be returning. If you sell someone the wrong thing you should always fix it even if you have to take a loss.

Always had a great experience dealing with David and the crew at RONDEVU. Being a sneaker collector, I can tell all their stuff is legit. I've been to stores that are knock off and this store is not one of them. Even though the price for retro Jordans can be pricey at times, but they are all high quality though. I've sold to to them in the past and they always gave me a fair share of profit back when My family and I were in need of cash selling some of my retro Jordans they're in great condition. Will definitely do business with them again. Thank you again RONDEVU!

Cheaper on StockX and goat and they will low ball u on good rare shoes. They will try and find any mark or scuff and drop the price a couple hundred dollars

I bought a pair of shoes for my kid for Christmas and he did not like the shoes. When I went to return them they offered me $80 even though the shoes were never worn.

Big, huge sneaker fan. I enjoy going into RONDEVUS whether I'm shopping kicks or not. I did snag a pair of the pandas this go around. The price was pretty good but the customer service won me over. The salesmen were helpful, friendly, and aiming to please. I appreciate you. Maybe good customer service isn't dead after all.

I went in the store to buy new shoes and after wearing them twice the logo of Nike air was rubbed off. So after I seen that I checked to see if they were real and....they are FAKE how you know is the toe should have more space between the laces, the lettering on the back of the tounge is bold white and it's not supposed to look like that. If you take the insole out there will be tape as you should know and the tape color should be white but it's yellow, the insole isn't as stiff as it should be, the bottom of the outer sole is soft, the "I" on the "air Jordan" logo looks like a stick when it should look a little bit thicker, and the sticking... It's off, it doesn't look right and something that is really noticable is before I got to wear them twice they had wrinkles on them. So I would not recommend coming here or buying the expensive shoes and you might not wanna buy 2 or more things because they make everything expensive and if you look at the employees shoes they had off white shoes that cost more than $1k that's one thing that suspected me. Also the outer sole on the bottom should be a darker blue.

I was super excited when I saw that we got another cool sneaker store in Wilmington. But I just can’t afford to shop here when items cost way more than a “small convenience fee” as I read on an review. It just doesn’t make sense to pay more for something I can get cheaper on flight club, goat, stockx, etc. I love supporting local businesses but I can only do so to how much my wallet allows. My advice is you all come down on prices to be comparable with the big companies. But that’s just me ??♂️

I have been shopping here for like 6 months have gotten a couple of shoes here like 7 or 8 it is a little pricey but it’s a store they have to make money they are always nice and ask if I need anything I highly recommend

I went into the store to purchase a Vlone shirt and a pair of Nike Fear of God Oatmeal. My stock x would not load in the store regardless of my service or the mall wifi. When I questioned the shirt he said oh yea it’s around stock x pricing, come to find out stock x has it offered for less than half their final sale price after fees and all. When I asked about the shoes he instantly looked them up and showed he price matched stock x, but never mentioned the shoes were USED once, even tho stock x only sells new clothing and he is comparing prices by now. I find out the shoes have extremely sloppy glue work and are scuffed in over 5 spots. And none of this is ever mentioned, I have to find this all out at home when I stare at them for over an hour. I call the store to complain and they tell me they are a consignment shop and all sales are final and there’s no refunds or exchanges what so ever, so I personally would not ever recommend spending any money here, or if you do, take extreme caution. Don’t get me wrong, everything here is authentic, it’s just overpriced and sneakily marketed.Edit: I never said you were affiliated. I asked for a price check because my phone wouldn’t load stock x, and you told me “it’s close”, well I don’t see $95 after shipping and fees being close to $214 after tax from your store. There is absolutely no markings anywhere on the shirt, shoes or shoebox that these are used or new respectively. The only thing on the shirt is a single price tag with the sizes you have it in. Your customer service is clearly not immaculate because you coerced me into buying a pair of used shoes by waving them in my face when I’m checking out and didn’t get to throughly look at them and offer me a measly $25 saving on the shirt that’s still now $75 more than StockX. And when I try to return just the shirt because it’s cheaper online before I had even found out the shoes were worn yet, you wouldn’t accept that return, and then wouldn’t even have the shoes authenticated again for me like I asked and told me to do it myself. You knew what was good and bad about the items are were very selective about what and how you answered, so yea you may not have lied but you didn’t tell me all the details I needed to know and had I been informed, I would not have made either of those purchases and you probably knew that then and now. Your store is the literal laughing stock of independence mall. Grow up.
