Regina has helped us buy a house in Wilmington in 2014, sell a house in Wilmington in 2017, and now in 2023 she helped connect us with great realtors to sell our home in Greenville and buy our dream home in Wendell.Literally my only regret is that we didn't think to ask her to point us to a Greenville realtor when we bought our house there in between.There is nothing in home buying and selling market I would not trust her with.

End of 2022 my father passed away, and my siblings and I were entasked with the selling of our childhood home. We had heard of this legendary Real Estate broker by the name of Regina Drury, because my father had always spoke so highly of her. He said, "If you want your house sold fast, and for the highest amount, use Regina." Well not only did Regina handle the listing of such a sentimental property with the utmost professionalism, but she was able to get us a full price offer on the first day. She told us to wait the weekend out for other offers, so we did and ended up getting 3 more offers! Regina helped us close on the house in 30 days without a hitch for $50,000 OVER list price. This is by far the best real state agent in this area. From the moment I called her she has taken care of EVERYTHING!!! She made this experience, which can be a headache, stress free! Always answers the phone almost immediately! This is my first time selling a house and I was really worried. Once she came into the picture everything became effortless. Regina has a way with words that she can easily simplified real state lingo. Super-aggressive (in a good way) when it comes to exposing properties in the market! I highly recommend her and her team!

Regina helped us move to the area from out of state for a new job here in town. It was during COVID, so fun times. She was a referral from a good friend and I definitely recommend to any in need of a good agent. She had several showings lined up which all fit our needs, and while I was here, through local friends got word of someone thinking of selling that didn't even have their home on the market. Regina acted as my realtor looking out for my interests as the buyer and due to the nature of the sale ( by owner basically) kept the seller in line when they had demands of them (some of which they didn't know they were responsible for) all to help the transaction as a whole even though she wasn't working for the seller directly. In addition she helped us find a reputable realtor in the state we were leaving through her professional nation wide real estate network who helped us sell our home, all while maintaining contact with Regina throughout as needed. I basically had one real estate team helping in both states! 6 out of 5 stars.
