I came here a few years ago to have work on my engagement ring, and I will never trust their design team again. It took months until they finally got it right (and honestly it still wasn’t 100% how I envisioned) They never once pulled up designs or showed me pictures, so I could have a visual (even though I showed them many times the look I was going for) I felt like their the experts, and should bring their knowledge to the plate, and guided me the right way to get as close to a visual as I wanted. They placed my diamonds on the cheapest looking band that was so thin, but I had no other choice but to take it because I was getting married literally the next day of picking it up.
Fast forward a few years, and I bent my engagement ring so bad that I’m having to get it repaired again. This time I went to Perry’s Emporium, and just the DIFFERENCE in service and how they’ve take the time to pull up pictures, mail in settings so I could see it before committing. They have just gone above and beyond, and seeing the difference in service made Reeds look way less appealing.
Even other times when I’ve stopped in to get my rings cleaned, staff doesn’t greet you and they just look at you like you’re a bother for wanting your jewelry cleaned. Take your business elsewhere!!

I bought a watch from Reeds in Mayfair 20 years ago, the manufacturer’s warranty had expired and basically I thought it was the end of its life. The watch needed to be serviced terribly but I had gotten nothing but dead ends. I reached out to part of the Zimmer family who called in a favor and to my delight they were willing to go the extra mile, even though they no longer sell the Michele brand. My twenty year old watch not only looks brand new but it has been fully serviced and ready for another twenty years! Thank you to all of those involved in this process. My gratitude is beyond a five star review!

I had a very disappointing experience at this “beautiful” new Reeds. From the moment I walked in, eyes peered at me as if my business didn't matter. The staff after waiting 10 minutes treated me poorly, as if I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. What was even more frustrating was witnessing multiple other customers coming in after me being treated with respect, attentiveness and receiving much better service right in front of me. It was clear that my money and business were not appreciated. I will spend my money else where here on out.

I can highly recommend this store! Brandon was a wonderful, patient, and extremely helpful sales associate. I can’t wait to return. The quality of the jewellery and the luxurious shopping experience were impressive!

I am so thankful to the REEDS Jewelers team! Their showroom is beautiful, but the people working there are what make REEDS Jewelers the real deal! Genna and Chris take customer service to another level. They both went out of their way to help my fiancé and I with a custom wedding band and my dream watch. I don’t normally write reviews, but they were both so generous with their time and guidance, without being pushy at all, and delivered two beautiful items at great value! I look forward to being a customer for many years to come and can’t recommend REEDS Jewelers enough!
