I'll give more stars if i get a solution please. They had "deals" going on, buy one and then get additionals for a certain price. We put what we needed for our company in the cart and it comes out to much more then its supposed to be. We are being charged the priced crossed out in the pics.

1st order was awesome! 2nd order had some flaws but customer service was exceptional! Good customer service hardly exists anymore. They made the order right and replaced the 4 items that I sent pictures of. I will definitely continue ordering from this company. Accidents happen and it's ok as long as they stand behind their product. This company did! Definitely recommend them!!

We ordered white shirts and sweatshirts instead of black by mistake. They are re-ordering them in black, no hassle or fuss. Fantastic customer service!

Placed an order here for a quick turnaround need. I requested no proof and immediate order. They created proofs anyway only to find that they had completely altered our company logo colors to a gaudy representation. When I tried to request changes the website tool just spun. No phone number to contact them directly, and to schedule a call was 1 week out. Now we've missed our window, and the event will have to go on without the needed apparel. The only thing they were efficient in is cancelling the order but still leaves me in a bad place.

Wow. They treat returning customers who have already spent money with them worse then new customers.
Looked at some hats. ~$15 off per hat on sale. Ok I click on it. Then sign in to customize, price goes up $15 once signed in. VERY DECEPTIVE, BAIT & SWITCH PRICING. Guess I move on to other shops.

Queenaboro really is the best out there! We’ve tried others first. This company is pricey but it’s because their quality is way better than other companies we’ve tried first. We are now more than happy to pay the price of this company because in the long run we’ve spent more going through companies who’s products just don’t cut it. If you don’t want to hassle with poor products and horrible customer service reps, simply go with queenaboro.

Second attempt to order from Queensboro and we finally just gave up. The problem? Difficult communication. First go around we could only communicate via email or clunky chat. Second attempt this last month, they added scheduled calling one or two days lead time to the mix which didn't work either. We know that their price/quality quotient is excellent but service needs improvement.

Slow process. Can not call without an extension number. I requested a call and never received any but received this email from JB Coffman..."Hello! You scheduled a call with us, but either the number was incorrect, or you were having quite a bad day.If that was you that we spoke to, we do ask that you not make appointments to then be abusive to the agents you speak to."I explained that they must have called the wrong number and they pretty much called me a liar and said they double check their number.Sounds like he was having a bad day! Lost my business!
