I absolutely love Publix. They are so organised and well stocked. Everything is kept clean. Friendly staff. Awesome roast beef sandwiches and salads.

Well…the little “half” sized paper bags with no handles are about worthless. Then the guy packed about 69 pounds of groceries into the one reusable bag I brought in the store, despite the fact that I was obviously limping because of a sprained knee complete with a brace. So then the bagger asked if I needed help to my car to which I gladly accepted since he packed the bag so heavily. Well we got to the door and there was a torrential downpour and the kid obviously did not want to a) go out in the rain or b) wait for it to stop. There were no rain jackets or umbrellas available so I went to wait out the rain. Eventually (like 25 minutes later) i was able to borrow a recently appeared rain jacket and umbrella (it was still pouring) but no help was offered. I still got soaked trying to get my drowned groceries to the car and returning the jacket and umbrella. All in all a very unpleasant experience. I want to add that that kid stuffed two bottles of wine, a gallon of orange juice and all my other groceries into that one bag because I didn’t want any plastic bags. It was ridiculous.

Good but I don’t like how they changed the size of their key lime pie. That’s the only reason I went to Publix. Sad times.

Employees are always helpful. When they didn’t have an item on the shelf, they checked when the next shipment would be in. Expiration dates can sometimes be outdated.
